I don't know if this place is even in business any longer. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I spent $3000 on a brand new Guardian furnace from these guys. It hasn't worked since it was installed. They don't answer their phones. Your call goes directly to voicemail, not do they don't return your calls. The quality, value, professionalism and responsiveness from this company is terrible. Find some other local heating and cooling company for your home or business. You're going to get ripped off. Absolute junk.

Purchased an older home for our son we knew the previous owner. She had used Smith Bros for the current furnace. When it needed replacement, we called them and they were very helpful, not only with installation, but some follow up questions. They have even answered the phone after hours.

I have worked with this company since the late 80s. They are very thorough, reliable, and are always here in a timely fashion. Very knowledgeable crew. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have used Smith brothers for over 30 years. They are Awesome!
