Apex Heating and Air Conditioning

Again we had Apex to come fix another AC unit.. this time it was JT that did the work.. he is also a very knowledgeable. So far anyone coming out from Apex has been amazing.. so is the Lady that does the phone calls.. your all just great people I can tell.. very lucky company to have these people work for you.... this is last year review... the gentleman named Cody has been out to our house a few times. He is so personable and kind. You are very lucky he is with your company. I will recommend this business every time. Thank you

We have been a customer of Apex for 9 years. They installed a furnace in our old house and a new furnace and air conditioner in the new house. Repair guys are honest, hardworking, professional - super nice. The salesman gave us all the options and never pushy. They answered every question we had. Office workers are exceptionally nice and helpful. I would give them more than 5 stars!!

Apex installed a new furnace for us 7 years ago and their service was outstanding. Recently our A/C unit went out just at the start of the stretch of 90 degree humid weather we just had and Dan did an excellent job on getting us booked in their already tight schedule to get comfortable and taken care of. JT installed the new unit and did a tremendous job. We highly recommend Apex.

Our AC unit stopped working after regular business hours on a Thursday evening. We called Apex and they were able to send a service tech over the next morning. JT was incredibly efficient, professional, and easy to work with. He made sure we understand what steps we needed to take to keep our unit functioning as long as possible. I would highly recommend Apex, and JT specifically, for any AC/furnace issues and/or installations. Extremely satisfied all around.

3 years prior-We had loss of heat on the first floor of the house when outside it was negative forty with the windchill. I called and talked to Jill at Apex and she scheduled me in for the same day. When the technician was in route an email was sent out with a picture. Troy was very professional and got everything up and running in no time. Later that evening we received a follow up from Jill making sure that we had heat again. Definitely five star service, great prices, highly recommend.

UPDATE-2022-Boiler shut down on a Monday afternoon, called and had a technician out a few hours later. Turns out it was a sensor that was acting up and needed to be replaced (they were able to get heat working in the meantime). Was given a quote, I approved, and the part was ordered immediately. When sensor came in appointment was made for next day install. Extremely fast service and knowledgeable technicians.

Best in class quality, best in class service hands down. I flip homes and have used multiple hvac companies. But going forward i will only be using them. You may pay a tad more then others but for good reason. They do the absolute best in class quality work.

Chris responded to our after hours service call and fixed our issue within an hour and a half....including driving to the shop to pick up the part.

While he worked to repair our unit, I asked questions and learned a lot about units, potential issues, and future maintenance.

Not only was Chris professional and knowledgeable, but a friendly and personable guy. Apex will be my first, and probably, only call for future heating and cooling issues. Thanks!

Customer experience from start to finish was fantastic. Troy took the time to walk through pro's and con's of each furnace that would work for our house. You can tell that each technician who worked on the install cared about their quality of work and trust them when they say they will stand behind the product and service. Highly recommend Apex

We just recently had a new furnace installed by Apex.
We took our time to research companies in our area
that we thought would do a good job, at a reasonable price,
but mostly be safe and reliable.
Starting out meeting Dan our sales rep. Who took his time
to explain everything to us and help us decide what we needed.
We felt very comfortable that Apex was the Co. for us.
Then met Troy our installer who was just as professional,
we found him to be very knowledgeable and particular with his
work.
We can't say enough about this Co. and especially Dan and Troy,
We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to
