Apex Heating and Air Conditioning

Apex was wonderful to work with. Dan came out and spent time with us discussing the pros/cons of our options and even after he left (and got the job) he was happy to answer more questions for us. The installers were great. They were professional, on time, and did a great job. We will definitely recommend them to our friends.

We recently had issues with our old furnace and Apex came to our rescue. They were very professional and knowledgeable. We had contact with Jason, Troy, Dan and Cody. All of them were great to work with. We feel confident that they had our best interest in mind and helped us by teaching us what we needed to know to make informed decisions. Dan and Cody installed our new furnace in a day and did so with smiles and positive attitudes. They have cared for us well and I look forward to seeing them in the future with their excellent maintenance service program.

I cannot say enough about Apex! As a single mom, with aging HVAC units, I’ve had to call them twice in the past year. Once when my heat went out in the middle of winter and again, this holiday weekend, when our A/C went out in 90+ temps. Both times they arrived within hours and did a phenomenal job getting us back up and running. I’ve been shocked both times. They are more than fair with their prices and don’t try to catch you with things you don’t need. I am well aware my units won’t last forever (my furnace is over 30 years old and my A/C is 25 years). But, they do incredible work servicing these units so I can maintain them while I save up to replace. Absolutely incredible service!

My furnace stopped working on a Saturday afternoon. It’s winter in Wisconsin, so no time to waste. I didn’t have a regular furnace company so I called APEX because I saw they had 5 stars. As an older woman, I’m always worried about getting taken advantage of, which happened only a year ago, with a sump pump replacement. I received a call back within 15 minutes and the serviceman, Troy, was here in less than an hour. He was professional, polite, and in a matter of minutes had diagnosed my problem. Luckily, it was a drainage problem that he repaired quickly and inexpensively. I was excited that I didn’t have to ponder if I was getting the real story. I will definitely call when I replace my furnace in the spring and encourage older people, women, like me, to use their service. Honesty goes a long way...

Very prompt service and professional. My house heat quit on a weekend. I was not expecting anyone to make it out til Monday which meant potential frozen pipes and a very cold house. Called multiple places that were either closed or didn’t respond. I then called Apex and they came out within the hour. They were not my first choice but will be from now on. Apex Serviceman Chris was very thorough with explaining to me what he was repairing. He was friendly and wasted no time. Pricing was very reasonable. If you’re still reading this, don’t waste anymore time. Call Apex immediately. Just look at all the 5 star reviews. Thanks for warming up my home Apex.

Had our furnace go out and did some research and saw Apex had great reviews. So I made the phone call and Jill answered. It was very nice actually talking to a person right away. She was very nice and got me in right away. They called first and let me know Chris was on his way. He was knowledgeable and informed me what he was doing and showed me what was wrong with my furnace. He took care of the issue quickly. I also appreciated how Jill called afterwards to make sure everything went well. I will be using them again in the future and will recommend them to any one.

Our furnace stopped working in the evening and the temp. was -7 degrees when I called Apex to see about getting someone out to fix it, for obvious reasons we really didn't want to call out an emergency service, but the temp inside had dropped 14 degrees in less than and hour, and it was only 9 pm. I am 75, my husband 78, and my paralyzed brother lives with us also, so obviously we had to have heat. A very nice young man, Justin, came out after I called and fixed it for us, this young man had to drive like 50 miles in this freezing weather as well, so we could have heat,
and he explained everything to my husband as he fixed it, so we understood what was wrong. As it turned out it was (for him) any easy fix,for us a grateful warm evening. I don't think I would trust anyone else , nor would I call anyone else but Apex Heating and air conditioning if I ever have another prob. God Bless you all!

Amazing service!! They were here within 30 minutes of our calling and Troy our service tech was super friendly and knowledgable! He was able to fix our immediate issue and took the time to check out our air conditioner to make sure everything else was good to go! We really appreciated his taking the time to help us set up the new thermostat!!! Would 100% recommended Apex and they have business hours till 8pm during the week and on Saturdays!!

We had a high efficiency boiler go out after 11 years. Apex gave us options for both other high efficiency boilers or a cast iron boiler. We went with the cast iron. Troy installed our new boiler and did an amazing job. He also rearranged our piping for our boiler and installed a new hot water tank. He is extremely hard working and one of the best workers I have ever had in my home for anything. He explained everything and was extremely courteous. I will never use any other heating and cooling company again except for Apex. Thank you Troy for all your hard work you did for us.
