Had our annual heating maintenance performed today. Jake was the tech who called to let us know he was on the way. When he got there he professionally installed our new thermostat. To make a long story short...he dealt with issues and solved them completely, which were out if his control. He was patient, understanding, efficient, and spot on. He left after completing the work and then we got a call from APEX to make sure everything went well...wow...a super tech and a great company. When we signed up for the yearly maintenance with APEX we put our trust in a company that truly cares. Thank you for sending Jake...thank you for actually caring about your customers!
Great customer service all around! After dealing with a different company and having less than a good experience- we decided to call Apex to come and see if they could determine our problem. Our furnace was running almost 20 hours a day with the temp outside at 30- way too long of run time. Troy came out and immediately started to walk me through what steps he was going to do and talked through everything he found. He gave us pointers on things we could improve ourselves and took the time to make sure our problem was fixed instead of just guessing. We will certainly be using them in the future. Thank you!
Update- still happily using Apex as our heating and cooling service provider! Mick came last week to do tune ups and noted some concerns we can address ahead of time before they become a larger problem. He even fixed our furnace outtake that was badly designed from another company- for free. Great service people and company!
This company does it right. Customer Service is amazing. Connie was very helpful is scheduling an appointment and letting me know costs upfront (which was also cheaper than others in the area).
Chris was our service technician. He was on time and called before arriving. You guys should give Spectrum some lessons :)
Chris was able to quickly find root cause, explained our options, and the associated costs. No pressure or upselling. He even said we could do nothing and ride it out without repair as long as possible.
We were stuck between repair or replace since our furnace is 18 years old. Apex is so awesome, they will repair it for you right away and subtract the cost if you decided to install a new furnace.
Connie even followed back up with me after the visit to make sure everything went well!

I used the online scheduling on the Apex website to schedule repair of my AC. I uploaded some photos of the compressor and air handler unit. I got a call from their scheduler with the date/time. Communication was good and I received a call from my tech before he came over. He was early for the appointment (which worked out for me). Chris arrived and was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He made sure to wear a mask at all times and also shoe covers when he came in the house. He replaced a part on the compressor and made sure everything was working as it should be. The cost was the service trip fee plus the replacement of the part, which was reasonable. I would gladly call them again for any heating/cooling needs.

To woman who I spoke with in the office was also incredibly kind and helpful. Would recommend 10/10, some of the best professional service I have ever received.

Along with a quick and professional installation of our new furnace they also noticed a potential dangerous co2 leak from our water heater and patched it free of charge. Would rate 6 stars if google allowed it. Good quality protect, definitely worth the price!
