Jake did a great job, very professional, polite and excellent communication. He was able to come 2 days before promised. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly for less cost than anticipated. Answered all of our questions. Will definitely use again.

Our heater stopped working on Christmas eve. Apex had the part and was able to sell it to us. Thank You Connie for all your help!!!

Update 12-13-2022. Still so happy I chose Apex, had a furnace issue, on a Friday night of course, they promised they'd get to me that night, they came quicker than expected, replaced a faulty part quickly, and I was back up and running. I work in construction, there are very few companies with techs this good, and prompt, I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with them in any way. Kudos to everyone there.

Did everything they said they would, great techs and office personnel, would recommend them to anyone. I wanted to do business with a small local to me contractor, but they didnt offer what I would consider name brand equipment, but Apex did. Couldnt have been happier selecting them. Apex was the only company that didnt just match the size of the existing equipment, they took the time to measure the rooms and the windows and calculated my needs. They determined the existing furnace was oversized for my house and therefore recommended a smaller furnace.

Shotty salesmen, costing us an additional $2000; they have yet to make things right.

Additionally, they completed a partial install and I had to wait months for them to finally complete the work; leaving my home open to mice which I'm now working to exterminate.

Technicians broke items that weren't theirs.

Dylan and Ryan (the whole team) did a great job. They called before arriving, informed us a few days before as a reminder. The work was fast and clean. Complete explanation when done. A team you can trust in your home.

Justin was extremely professional and was an outstanding repair technician for APEX. He fixed our furnace, after 2 days with no heat. We were extremely grateful that he was able to diagnose and return our furnace to working condition. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of repairs for Heating. Apex is blessed to have him as technician.

After an initial miscommunication about the appointment, the service was excellent.

I called the next morning and Troy was out within the hour.

He was excellent, and was able to walk through some of the details about my 3 zone boiler system. As a new homeowner this was really useful. He took time to answer questions I had, as well as explained the issues we were having with the system. He also recommended additional updates when an appropriate time arose. Absolutely recommend Troy as a technician.

I don't particularly know how good the pricing was, but it seemed fair enough.

I'll call them again and ask for him.
