They did a wonderful job explaining the equipment and services Apex provides. I felt comfortable asking questions and not pressured at all. The install of my furnace and AC was seamless. I would have never known they were here except for a shiny new furnace and AC. They were very responsive to all my questions and put me at ease. I love my new furnace and I can’t wait for it to warm up so I can use my new AC!! Thanks for helping me out!

We signed up for the Apex Protection Plan earlier this year. Dylan came out for our yearly A/C tune-up. He was on time and very professional. He cleaned the outdoor unit, tested everything, and made a few adjustments to help with the humidity. Thank you!

Great service and priced fairly. I have used them twice now. Once for air conditioning and once for an emergency furnace repair. Both transactions were excellent. Their response time and communication is incredible and I don't feel I was price gouged considering the emergency call at 5 am. Our technician Chris was at my doorstep by 5:25 am. Great job. Repair was quick, clean and courteous. I highly recommend Apex.

We've been using Apex for the last few years. They respond back right away and are always on time.They replaced our toe kick heater and found other issues that they addressed so that our boiler system would run top notch. They do great work and go above and beyond. Highly recommend

Absolutely nothing negative to say. Troy has been extremely helpful with our boiler issues. Prices much better than competitors and 1 day work completed. They also support many veteran organizations in the area! Highly recommend. Had furnace serviced and great explanations provided. That evening furnace stopped working. On call tech was extremely pleasant over the phone. He came to the house and solved things. He was very professional and pleasant even though it was 11 PM. APEX heating for all your HVAC need!

New ac unit installed April of '21 to replace original AC unit. Previously had Apex here in '17 to replace original heating system. Once again outstanding service and installation. Dan the set up wizard here to perform pre-install study and recommendation. Service techs followed as usual with exemplary sequence.. carpet and floor protection, booties, care with equipment and tools to avoid drywall and other home damage. Explanation of services perfect, if you decide to stick your nose in now and then. As a former trainer of hundreds, the training and sequencing was and is important to me. The install team that arrived at my home has been carefully trained, kudos. It becomes apparent immediately that the owner of Apex has got service and customer care figured out..

JT was a blessing to talk to! He called me back last night around 11 PM to diagnose why the fan blade was not running and it ended up being a blown capacitor. Due to him going above and beyond on the job, his insight allowed me to cool my house down for the night. He was able to squeeze me in earlier then planned today and left me with the feeling that I wasn’t getting robbed or nickeled and dimmed. APEX service is above and beyond whatever One Hour Heating and Air could ever provide. Their after hours calls are cheaper and their techs aren’t on commission so they won’t try to sell you things you don’t need. I was so impressed, I am going to sign up for their yearly maintenance plan. God is good.

They installed my new A/C unit in 2016, did a fantastic job. Called them in January of 2020 because the furnace went out, Cody R. Came out within 30 minutes and was fantastic. I would gladly recommend Apex to anyone. Keep up the great work!

My furnace wasn't heating and I was worried I wouldn't be able to pay the bill at the same time as service rendered. They said they would work with me and seemed to understand that sometimes people need heat and just don't have much money on hand. Mary in the office was very understanding and not judgemental at all. Chris M. did a fantastic job diagnosing and repairing the furnace. He was friendly, thorough, and also educated me on a few things. I had peace of mind during the process that I knew they could fix it and work with me on payments. Overall I couldn't be more satisfied with their customer service and their repair work. They seem to actually care about people. 👍
