Apex Heating and Air Conditioning

Apex really helped me out in a pinch. My a/c needed repair while our weather was the hottest. I left a message in the evening and they came first thing the next morning. I'm very satisfied with their service and will definitely call them again for any heating and cooling needs.

Apex is absolutely amazing! Connie is awesome in the office. Every single person that’s been here to service and/or repair, has been professional, on time, has great communication skills etc. I cannot recommend them enough!!! Not pushy, very up front. Highly recommend!!

When Dan came out to give an estimate he explained how things would go if we went with them. When the guys showed up everything was done exactly like he said. Dillon and Ryan were very professional and did excellent work. Ryan was training and you could see he was doing an excellent job. Troy stopped by to check on the job. Dillon went over everything when job was complete. Dan came back about a week later to inspect the job and see if there were any concerns. Dillon, Ryan, and Dan all talked about how they really like the company and how they are treated there. I always think that if the employees are happy the will make the customers happy.

Every member of the APEX team that was in our home throughout the process was incredibly professional as well as friendly! We have a curious toddler who wanted to be involved and all of the guys were gracious and sweet to him while they got their work done. We really appreciate the timeliness of the project as well. We got a quote for a new heater and the installation was less than one week later. And on the coldest day of the year! Thank you APEX!

Sean from Apex was amazing. We had an issue with our AC not running. We were afraid of receiving a huge bill or being told that we needed a whole new system. Sean quickly identified the issue and fixed it in no time. The price was fair and we're no longer sweltering in the summer heat. Two thumbs up!
