Apex Heating and Air Conditioning

Dan (Sales Rep) came to our home to provide us a quote for a installation of a new furnace.was very friendly and was not pushing. Had other quotes from other Companies. Apex stood out from the rest! The installation was great the 2 gentlemen that came out was very professionally and kept our home clean during the install. We would highly recommend there service!

We called Apex Heating and Air Conditioning after our A/C gave out. They were able to send out a technician the next day. JT McKinzie was very professional and really helpful. He quickly identified and fixed our A/C unit. JT explained every step of what he was doing and also gave us some tips on maintenance and upkeep of our system. We would highly recommend Apex and JT. Thanks for getting our A/C back up and running like new!

Was very pleased with the technician who came out to work on our AC unit. Provided options so it wouldn't cost us an arm and a leg, and made sure everything was in working order before he left. Will be using them in the future for our heating and cooling needs.

My furnace wasn't working right and it was getting cold in my house late on a Saturday afternoon. Jake was on call and came out right away. He found the problem and fixed it for a very reasonable price! I like that I received a text from the company with Jakes picture to let me know who would be coming.

I called the place that put my furnace in, no answer. So I called Apex heating and Cooling. They had someone here within a few hours. My furnace had water going into the actuator. Shawn drained it all out and cleaned things, tested the furnace and it was good to go. Very good experience with Apex today!

Fantastic service! Went above and beyond. Called to unclog the condensation line and he hooked up the helper fans that were never originally wired up. Fast, friendly and very knowlegeble. Gave advice and explained everything. I would reccomend in a heartbeat!

Apex was able to get there within a few hours of calling about an issue with our heating system. Jacob was able to get it up and running quickly. He even recommended a part that was starting to sound funny and sent a quote over to replace it.

We have used Apex services for years. They are extremely professional and friendly. The best part is, if you do have problems, a human always answers the phone! Customer service is phenomenal. I highly recommend their services!

Jacob was great. He took the time to explain what was going on with our AC, and how to avoid further issues. The work done was completed quickly and he cleaned up afterwards.
