The entire staff from customer service, sales (Troy) and service installers were extremely professional. They answered all questions regarding the removal of our old A/C system and gave us information helpful to decide on our new unit. The timeframe indicated for the work was accurate and they kept us informed every step of the way until the job was complete. They also made sure the area was cleaned at the end of each day. Dylan J. and Ryan definitely went above and beyond to satisfy all of our requests. We have been working with Apex for many years, whether it is installing a new heating system, AC or servicing and yearly maintenance we could not imagine calling any other company.

We had a fantastic experience with this amazing company. Our heat went out very early in the morning before business hours. The service gentleman was at our house within 30 minutes of us calling. We are so appreciative of thier quick service as we have a 3 month old at home. He was so wonderful and worked quickly. We would recommend this company to everyone. The customer service, quality and efficiency were nothing short of amazing.

I highly recommend APEX. The company is responsive. The estimator, Troy the technician who measured the space for the system, and the installation crew (Dylan and Ryan) were prompt, courteous, professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. They explained the process and the product, fabricated the needed parts, presented multiple options and price ranges, as well as offered a fantastic two year old unit with an 8 year warranty on parts at a discounted price that we decided to purchase. The basement now looks much better than it did originally after they removed some no longer needed insulation around the heating unit, and installed the fabricated part that exceeded my expectation in terms of esthetics. They worked efficiently, and completed the installation of the AC and vents, and the service of the heating system. They removed all the debris and left the area clean. Pricing is fair, and the quality of work is excellent. I will continue using APEX to maintain my heating and air conditioning systems.
Addendum: several weeks later I needed one of the vents moved in the basement, and the company was very responsive. Troy took precise measurements, and Dylan and Ryan fabricated the new vent expertly. Again, everybody in the company, including the person answering phones were friendly, professional and excellent at what they do. Tank you, Apex, you gained another loyal customer.

We first learned about Apex by way of their radio advertisement. After several bad experiences with other companies, we were a little suspect of the advertisement but decided to give them a try. From our very first meeting with their representative we were extremely impressed! Everything that Jason said in the ad was accurate. The professionalism displayed by their employees, and everyone we dealt with in the company exceeded our expectations! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt.
It is a pleasure doing business with them and we look forward to working with them in the future. Thanks to everyone in your company for restoring my faith in the heating and cooling industry.

I woke up this morning to a 50 degree house on what is the coldest day of the season so far - of course. I called Apex at 5 am. I actually spoke to someone right away which I really appreciated (did not have to leave a msg). The guy I spoke to was awesome, I wish I could remember his name. Within a couple hours we had gotten a call back and by 10:00 am Chris was at our house. The service was phenomenal, I felt the pricing was really fair, and my heat works. I will for sure use this company when I need a new furnace! 10/10 would recommend.

Made the decision based on other good Google reviews to give Apex a try to service our new home we just purchased that hasn’t been serviced in over 5 years.

We were not left disappointed. JT went above and beyond. He explained what he did for the routine maintenance, and also gave us recommendations for future services. When he left we felt confident in the work he provided, and felt very informed!
