Excellent response to an A/C failure we had over the holiday weekend. Mike explained our options for repair and service was prompt. The communication was also great, top notch! I highly recommend Shackelford!

They were incredible on the phone. They accessed my situation over the phone (ductless-mini split) which is not something that they do often and advised me to try a certain different company. I SO greatly appreciate the honestly and kindness.

They know and understand the new and somewhat complex heating and cooling systems available today. They carry Carrier products which I feel are the best especially for multi-zone systems. Their maintenance service is preventive, timely and fairly priced.

Mike at Shackelford installed a high efficiency energy saving hvac system in our new construction home in 2012. Since then, I've referred him to a few friends and neighbors - all were happy customers. This spring Shackelford will be adding a new zone in my basement, can't wait!

Our heat went out on the coldest day of the year. I called Shackleford at 7:00 a.m. and they rearranged their whole schedule for the day. John came out and had it fixed by 8:30 a.m. We were so thankful!!!!

Called late yesterday p.m. and my AC was fixed by a great tech with a wonderful sense of humor by about 9:30 a.m. today. Paul Powers, spouse, and I are very, very satisfied! Thank you a million times over!

Great people very professional. My 5 year old had lots of questions and they did not mind him watching them work. They might have gained a future employee ;) pricing was very fair. Would highly recommended.

Great service, ownership is awesome, staff seems happy, quick turnaround, and fair prices. Would recommend them from install to annual maintenance. They replaced a major part for me in hours, not days.
