Very prompt and professional service! They responded very quickly to a call and came out to my house within an error to inspect my HVAC system.

Their installation of new systems was scheduled and performed within a week, and they were very willing to go over the systems and thermostats if I wanted.

Our furnace went out on a Wednesday morning. Called Shackelford after the great job they did with our central air. Within an hour Mike had someone over repairing it to get us through a cold weekend, by that afternoon we had quotes for a new furnace, and by Monday morning we had a brand new furnace installed. Couldn’t be happier with the service, the responsiveness, and the quality. They even let our dog out to use the bathroom!

Excellent service from this team. Promptly came out to diagnose and repair our furnace. We later decided to replace it with a new Carrier and both Brian and Mike were extremently helpful in determining the correct BTU unit for our zoned home-even went back to Carrier engineers to get us prompt answers to some of our specific questions. No pressure sales approach and very matter-of-fact addressing all of our questions and concerns. Installation was professional and efficient, inclusive of furnace, controller, sensors, thermostat and humidifier. Their team ansewered all of our questions and trained us on the new controller and thermostat system. Install was neatly done and and they were meticulous protecting our carpeted stairway and with their clean-up after install. We highly recommend them and pleased they are part of our local community.

Our furnace died at 4pm on a Friday evening in March. Temperatures at night were in the 20s. Called Shackelford and the boss came to our house within 10 minutes. He confirmed that the furnace had died
And gave us a couple options. We could pay the crew overtime to install on Saturday or wait until Monday. Either way, he would supply us with space heaters to keep us comfortable until the new unit was installed.
We opted for Monday. The space heaters worked great - had to turn them down during the day since the temp got to 78. Shackelford called Saturday morning to make sure we were OK.
Monday at 8am, the crew arrived and completed the installation by 10:30. Great job guys!

If you want professional service, this is the place to call! They have serviced my aging furance and AC unit repeatedly over the past few years and recently installed a whole new system for me, along with a digital thermostat I can control remotely. They are competent, professional and charge a fair price for their services. I highly recommend!

Amazing deal, even better service. Working directly with the owner was fantastic and the technicians did a great job installing both a new furnace and AC unit. The work was done to a high standard. I cannot recommend Shackelford enough!

I would highly recommend Shackelford Heating and Cooling. We recently had a new furnace installed. They are very professional and friendly. Very responsive to any questions and/or concerns. Do yourself a favor and don't use anyone else for your heating and cooling needs.

Late fall 2020, they did my furnace check, and also were there to fix the water leak from the A/C condenser. I didn't use the A/C again until July 2021, and the un-repaired leak soaked the drywall in my finished basement. Black mildew stains, puffy drywall came soon after, tho they DID come out and fix the leak again for $135.00. I sent a very polite letter asking to discuss what we could do. The upshot was complete denial and a refusal to do anything at all. I truly thought they were better than that. Likely it's an isolated case, but do be prepared if you have any problems later.

Shackleford is great...our AC wasn’t working this morning (Memorial Day) and they were responsive and quick to fix it. We asked about getting a new one and Mike said we didn’t need one yet but they are definitely who we will call when we do replace it. They are fair and knowledgeable and I highly recommend them.
