Shackelford Heating and Cooling have served us extremely well. They installed our air conditioner about 10 years ago, they have come and repaired our furnace when it did not work, once even on a Friday evening. They diagnosed problems as esoteric as the blockage of a burner by a spider web. Most recently two men installed a new furnace with neatness and efficiency. They went beyond the minimum, even replacing our air filter when I felt that was my responsibility. They were meticulous in avoiding banging walls even when the entry to the basement is narrow. The new system works like a charm. We will continue to call on Shackelford when we need heating or cooling services.

During a routine maintenance call on my AC unit. The tech found a problem with the bearings in the AC motor. The unit was still under warranty, ordered the part and installed the new motor.
