When my water heater blew early one morning, I called around to a few places to see if they could send someone to look at it and/or replace it. This was on a Thursday. Many said that they couldn’t get to it until the following week. I called Southport about the middle of the morning and the nice lady I talked to said they could have someone look at it that afternoon! I was surprised and very happy! They called me back a time or two to get all the details right, then called again that afternoon to let me know Tony was on his way. The lady I talked to that time said she’d have Tony put a water heater on the truck, just in case! Wow! Tony was there 30 minutes later, confirmed that it was dead and gave me an estimate to replace it. I said ‘can you do it now’ and he said ‘yes, he could’. 2 hours later, he was all done and I had a shiny, new water heater. So, kudos to Southport for their timeliness, politeness and all-around niceness! As for Tony, he was especially great! He answered all my questions, explained each step he did, tested the water heater and cleaned up beautifully. He was polite, respectful of property and a pleasure to talk to! I will definitely call Southport anytime in the future when I need any additional work done. I rate them very highly and recommend them with no reservations!

Rob, Taylor and Mike from Southport did a fantastic job! Showed up early. worked hard the entire day and explained everything very clearly to me.

Nate was also very honest and professional when he quoted our service. He showed up on the day of the install to check up on the guys .
