Joe was fantastic. Professional and timely worker. He cleared the drain, fixed our back up problem and cleaned up before he left. We will be using Southport again!

How to change out our water heater James did a quick and thorough job , had to drive all the way to Addison, IL to get the correct replacement.

I've been having Southport HVAC maintaining my furnace for a few years now and they've been great. Will be sure to call on Southport and Rob again in the Spring to make sure my AC is ready to go for the summer. Highly Recommended!

Rob is the guy who come and checked my old heater. He gave me the price to fix it and I ask what the price for a new heater would be, he advised me on which one is better for my house so now it will be replaced tomorrow. Thank you for your time and thank you for being kind and patient with my English.

Update: Yesterday I called Southport Home services because I checked the reviews and everything looked excellent, I called by 9am Rob arrived by 10am. Pretty quick
Today Tyler and Jake arrived by 8:30 who worked on taking out the old heater and the installing the new furnace without stopping until they done. I 've never seen how this gets done so I expected it to be very noisy and messy. Guess what?? I really liked it because they were very clean no messes and not a lot of noise. These guys know how to do their job. They ended with the whole installation process including the installation of the thermostat by 2:30 PM, and were kind enough to show me how everything works. Thanks to Tyler and Jake I have a warm home and am now ready for winter!

Today out water heather stopped working so we called to have someone check it out. Justin called back to see what the exact issue was. Justin was very helpful and responsive, we ended up agreeing on a new water heater and it was installed same day within a few hours. Thank you Justin for helping us out and installing the new water heater.
