I couldn't be happier with Southport Home Services! Dalton, who was the Tech. was friendly yet professional, on time and fast. He knew what he was doing! We were charged what was quoted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them in the future. Bravo, Southport Home Service!

My sump pump and exterior discharge line were due for replacement. Southport was nothing short in completing/honoring their end of the project. All the listed details discussed prior to the start date were done to the “T” across 2 days. The tech’s assigned conducted themselves with good composure, demeanor, and aptitude.

Loved how quick and efficient they were. Very respectful to my property, arrived on time for installation and very clean. They did an amazing job walking us through the who system and what they did. Nate did an amazing job coming by to make sure the progress of the job was on time and we were happy. Nate did an amazing job with his explanation as far what he recommended for our home for ac and heating system. Overall I recommend this place of business they are not just here to sell you something they are there to actually sell you what your home needs with plenty of explanation as to why. Price is very reasonable and what they offer isn’t overly pricey

Working with Southport was such a pleasure. From meeting Nathan our Sales guy and his apprentice to working with Tyler and his crew. Nathen came out the same day our HVAC system went out and we were scheduled for the next week. Tyler and his crew worked all day in 90 degree weather and with a building that is quite challenging in regards to getting to the units. We liked them so much we signed up for their service plan! Can't say enough good things.

My furnace died in the coldest time of the year. I called them they came out. A part needed to be ordered it took a week to get. Okay I get it supply chain stuff. They fixed it. They presented a bill to me I paid it with a check. Good thing my wife took a copy of the bill. They never gave is one. Now some 5 months later I get another bill. Which I thought was already paid. No way am I paying any extra. Techs were very good. About the only good thing I can say. I will not call these people again.

Andrew was very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. He diagnosed the problem quickly, gave an accurate quote, and completed the work in short order. I now have a trusted plumber I can callanytime.

My water heater finally crapped out after 20 years. Water everywhere. I Google searched plumbers in the Racine area. Lots of businesses, lots of 4 or 5 star reviews. I chose Southport. Called about 0730 on July 3rd not sure what to expect as far as availability. Much to my surprise, they were able to get a technician out between 10 and 2. I figured on getting the call around 1 or 130pm sing they're on their way. Not a couple of minutes after 10. Within 20 minutes after that, Andrew arrived.
I showed him what was up, and knew that I'd need, he told me that they got away from Rheem products because of issues with the gas valve on the heaters(which I had been looking at on the home depot site).
He went to get the heater and some new piping, got everything in and out and repaired by 1pm. He even replaced the stuck water valve going to the heater.
To wrap it up, I'm glad I didn't do it myself, I'm glad I went with Southport, I'm glad I didn't have to wait until after July 4th to have running water again.

I called in the morning because my tub drain was not draining at all. I was so happy they were able to send someone that afternoon. Dalton got to my house early and was able to get my drain working again. He was very nice and cleaned everything up before he left. The price was very reasonable. I always use Southport for my heating and cooling and now I will use them for my plumbing needs as well.

I had a leaking vessel sink that another vendor said I should just replace. Called Southport for. 2nd opinion and was glad I did. The woman who answered my call and scheduled the appointment was very friendly and professional. I was able to get an appointment in 2 days! The technician arrived on time and was able to provide a quote and do the repairs immediately. He also was friendly and professional. He did the work, tested it, and cleaned up leaving my bathroom as he found it. Saved $1000 by repairing instead of replacing!
