We’ve had great experiences with both regular maintenance, repair, and improvements made to our heating and cooling systems. Most recently having an air scrubber system installed. The tech today was friendly, professional, and efficient. We’re happy to continue to use Southport for maintaining our home.

I called them to service my AC and asked if they could provide estimates as well, as my AC is about 20 years old. They said they would diagnose, provide estimates to repair, and provide an estimate for a new AC if it was needed. I should've been suspicious when they said they would come out for free to do this. I even double verified on the phone they would diagnose the problem. I took off work early to meet what I thought would be a tech. A sales manager, Nate shows up, and right off the bat tells me they cannot diagnose it today because it needs to "be above 60 degrees" but he would be happy to come in and provide me an estimate for a new AC. I burned PTO for nothing, and it was a waste of time. I fix things as well, and played dumb while Nate performed his sales pitch and the chepeast central AC he quoted me for was $4600 dollars. I ended up diagnosing and fixing it myself. It was the capacitor; business I would've been happy to provide this company had they been honest and actually tried to help me. I was quite irritated that they don't value people's time and only look to sell things. I would never call this company again for anything.

Our main sump pump was not working and backup kept cycling! Southport sent out 2 plumbers who arrived on time. They got to the bottom of the issue and quickly repaired it. They did a great job explaining the problem and how they remedied it! Both real good guys! Southport should be proud to have employees like them! Thank you

Justin was very prompt, friendly and helpful! I had work meetings to attend while he was here and was so flexible in taking care of things! He recommended a sightly option to obtain access and help identify the problem, fixed it according. All with a smile on his face in just over an hour. I would recommend services!

Justin came out on time, was friendly, and explained everything he was doing. Identified the problem quickly and was able to replace the part in only 15 minutes. Highly recommend this company.

Great service all around. Dalton came in figured out what needed to be done and took care of it. Even fixed a problem that other plumbers in the area couldn't.
No pushy sales tactics, no up-sells, and he didn't try to push anything unnecessary. I'll be contacting them for all my future projects or issues.

Very responsive to over night messages. Had a technician out right away the next morning. Furnace could not be repaired. Had an estimate worker out within 30 minutes. Set up next day installation. Installation guys showed up on time. Worked quick and efficiently getting furnace installed since it was below 0. Explained and walked through setting up new technology. Definitely recommend and they will have my business in the future!
