Tech was very knowledgeable and detailed when conducting a furnace tune up. He took the time to check all areas of the equipment and documented his findings. He was very patient explaining everything he worked on and the readings he took and explained the health of the equipment.

Phil arrived on time, was courteous, & answered all my questions.

James was timely and professional. He was so helpful explaining the process as I like to be an active learner. We had issues with electrical and he successfully used his resources to fix the issues and complete the job.

I would highly recommend him and the rest of the team. Nate was super helpful with the quotes and follow through. So thankful to you all and the many behind the scenes too.

Tim and Justin did a great job. They were very pleasant and efficient. During the installation of the hot water heater I told them that I was having a problem with pressure in my shower and they told me what the problem was so I had them fix that also. I'm extremely impressed with their work.

James came out and diagnosed our old unit. He provided excellent service and was honest and upfront with the issue. We went with a new unit installation. James was able to work this in a timely manner and resolve our issue. I would recommend Southport to friends and family.
