Our first experience with Southport was in the fall after a leaky pipe broke under our kitchen sink, flooding our kitchen. Southport was the third company we called and the only one of the three who agreed to come help us out! The fix was costly, but it was an after-hours emergency. I believe it was Dalton who came out to help, and he was kind and professional. We haven’t noticed any leaking since.

Our more recent experience with Southport was a furnace tune-up, and we also ended up having our igniter replaced per the tech’s recommendation. We actually received the tune-up a week early because they had an unexpected opening in their schedule and gave us a call! Jackson was happy to explain things to us and show us his observations throughout the process, and the tune-up cost was very reasonable! Everyone I’ve spoken to at Southport has been very nice and accommodating - we intend to keep Southport’s number close by in case any other issues or maintenance needs arise!

First time using Southport. Was 10pm and a pipe busted. Had to turn the water off in the house. The call service got right on it and the person called me back within 5 minutes. He stated when he would arrive and he was spot on. He asked what the issue was and looked over the situation. He thought through how to best fix and he started fixing. When he was done he showed me what he did and explained why. He showed me the punctured elbow pipe. He turned on my water and made sure the water was running properly before he left. The price was better then expected. The repair guy was very polite and extremely clean in his work area. Southport is my new go to business for all my plumbing needs.

I bought a new Carrier furnace. It wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive. Phil and his crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. They removed the old furnace and installed the new one as well as the new humidifier and ran the new ductwork and vents. They also installed the new smart thermostat. They were very professional and knowledgeable and completed the work in one day. I would definitely recommend Southport for anyone who needs a furnace.
