Andrew was very professional, he came out to give us an estimate and then did the work right away. He was courteous, on time and professional. He also cleaned up the area when he was done. He went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations.

Andrew did an excellent job with the exception of switching the hot/cold lines backwards. The tag is always on the hot water line and is connected to the cold

Called after hours, spoke to a live person who took down my information and said an on call plumber would get back to me within fives minutes. Not even two minutes later Dalton called, came right over in the time he said it would take him to arrive. He assessed the damages, explained what he was going to do, gave me a price, went to buy the parts and did the job. Worked efficiently, cleaned up, answered all of my questions and charged the price quoted. Dalton fixed someone else’s botched job. Earlier that day, I hired an independent contractor to install a new hot water heater trying to save money. Not even twenty minutes after they left, I heard a noise and then it sounded like a sprinkler system went off. I immediately ran to the basement and one of the pipes connected to the hot water heater busted and was spraying water everywhere! What a mess! In the future, I am not taking any shortcuts and calling a reputable business. I will call Southport first next time I have an issue. They definitely know what they are doing.

"Nathan , Mike &Tyler did an amazing job for us. They explained what we needed as far as a new furnace & AC. It was installed quickly on the coldest day of the year. Nathan took care of sending in everything for the warranty and also the We energy rebate. We didn't have to do a thing!
