Justin, who has been here before, is always polite, professional and punctual, explaining all work and finishing up quickly. He found other issues that were resolved quickly which probably prevent bigger future problems. Would highly recommend him in the future!

Southport was very responsive to my calls was able to get out to me the following day, diagnosed the issue with my unit. Being 26 years old decided to replace gave me choices and was able to finance. Installation happened in a week and was completed on time. Crew was friendly, professional, and completed the work efficiently and with quality. AC is working better than ever. Thank you Southport

Lady was super friendly when setting up the appointment. Zach the tech came right on scheduled time. Was quick and thorough to figure out the problem (even thou he said it was a rare cause) - Quickly fixed and was able to even offer it under my AC unit's warranty. Our technician Rob was very personable. He completed our heating system maintenance and explained all the results. We’ve been doing business with Southport for years and will continue to do so.

I had a problem with an HVAC system not cooling properly and called Southport. They were able to schedule an appointment for the same day. Phil L. arrived right on time and went to work. Phil was very professional, very careful in the house. He went through the diagnostic procedures very quickly and was happy to describe what he was doing and what he was finding. I really appreciated how much information he shared about what the system should be doing versus what it was doing. He told me what should be replaced and gave prices on each item to be repaired as he found problems. Phil got the system running, made some additional recommendations on maintenance and continued monitoring while we took care of the bill and payment. It was a 5 star experience, Phil did a great job and was a great representative for Southport professionalism and capability. As
I write this review 6 hours after the work was completed the HVAC system is performing like new! Thanks very much for the excellent experience! I am seriously considering the monthly plan for preventive maintenance and will definitely use Southport for any future system needs.

My repaired AC system worked for a few days and then failed a second time. I called Southport again and explained the issue and an appointment was quickly scheduled. The office folks are very polite and responsive - great job. (I regret not writing down names for recognition in this review). Phil L. came out a second time and was able to quickly determine that the failure had occurred due to a leak in the evaporator coil. I suspected that would be the case. Phil worked very quickly to set-up an appointment with the estimator Nathan who came and provided options - very knowledgeable and willing to discuss pro's and con's of alternatives. I made a decision on replacement and Southport scheduled the install for 2 days later. Rob and Mike came for the install and did a great job of quickly removing and replacing the failed evaporator coil as well as the lines and the outdoor condensing unit. Both Rob and Mike were very professional in their work and interaction. They explained what they were doing and why including when they ran into an issue with the new condensing unit wiring. The new system install took just one day, the work of Mike and Rob was very well done. The system is working well and meeting my expectations. Great job from the entire Southport team!

Awesome service. I had lots of questions about options for the future and Rob was very thorough.
I let my service contract lapse accidentally but I will be reinstating because it is truly worth it!
