We used Narrows Heating to install a new furnace and AC unit. The service was great and all of the employees were very professional through the whole process. Chris provided the estimate and he was very knowledgeable on the best equipment for our situation. The team that did the installation were on time, courteous, professional, and clean. I would highly recommend this company.

Would highly recommend 100%. Mid-cost company with the longest warranty on our heat pump installation....12 years! Was able to come out and complete the project within 3 weeks of the request. Financing was a smooth process with 18 months no interest. Communication was much better than any other companies that we requested bids from. We've been burned by hiring the cheapest companies before but still needed something affordable. Matt helped us from start to finish and we'd call them again for any other AC needs.

I have a multi-level mid-century modern home with inefficient floor-to-ceiling windows along most of the structure, the main living floor had been pretty much uninhabitable in the summers, so we finally decided to get air conditioning installed. I shopped around to several HVAC companies, Narrows Heating and Air Conditioning was by far the most knowledgeable and cost effective. Chris did an excellent job assessing our energy gain/loss and I'm pleased to say that after multiple 90 degree-plus days the AC is unfazed and our house remains ice-cold and comfortable. They also installed a heat-pump/gas furnace combination system that efficiently keeps us cozy in the winter. The craftsmanship was well-done, the installation crew was courteous and clean. Very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone!

WOW! Just had Narrows Heating & Air install an air condition system in the house and I am very happy. The bid was very competitive and I was more comfortable going with the super quiet Mitsubishi brand. The installation was quick and clean. Ash the foreman, explained the entire process before they started and then gave us a status update at the end of the day. Two days for installation and they were done. Global warming, bring it on!

Just had my heat pump and furnace installed last week. Everything went smoothly and works as expected. Communication was excellent throughout the process and the work was all completed in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend.

This family business has provided us with good furnace installation and maintenance for years and so choosing them again to install a new heat pump was an easy decision. They did a great job from the first visit/proposal to installation and follow up. Chris C. at Narrows H&AC was quick to respond to my request and very informative about my options for the installation of my split ac/heating unit. Installation was quick, taking a bit over half a day. This included the electrical, running the ducting under the house and handling a unique aesthetic request. The city inspectors also were glad to hear who had done the job, as Narrows "does it so well every time" it makes their job easier. I've had the unit from the August to December and it keeps my little house at a great temperature regardless of what is going on outside. I would recommend Narrows H&AC to anyone looking for the services they offer.

Can't say enough about the great experience I had with Narrows Heating and Air. I had a new side discharge heat pump installed and I could not be happier! Their pricing was the best out of three quotes I received but even more than price, I felt very comfortable in picking them based on the quote experience overall. The installation process was smooth and communication was excellent! I only wish I had done it sooner!

Had a great experience with Narrows. They installed a ductless heat pump and it has been working great so far. Chris was professional and very communicative throughout the entire process. I was also very impressed with the electrician who was at our house during the installation. It wasn’t a straightforward job and he stayed until the job was done right. Overall, a great experience and would absolutely recommend to others!

After 4 quotes I went with Narrows Heating and & Air Conditioning because their quote was fair and honest compared to other quotes.
Had the pleasure of working with Chris. I felt bad with how back and forth I was with making a decision but Chris was always ready to answer any of my questions. Never felt rushed. He was super informative and provided brochures that helped get a better picture of what we were purchasing.
The installation for our heating system took a day. We had one wiring issue that was solved immediately. The technician was responsive.
We are happy with our new heating system and now feel more comfortable living in our home.
