What can I say about Narrows Heating except the experience with them from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional. They have a wonderful staff, incredible installers, and they were always available if we had questions. Always kind, and ready to help in any way. We worked with Matthew on figuring out what kind of AC we would purchase, and then Dillon AND Dillon installed it for us. Everything went very smooth...no problems, no hiccups. They were always on time, courteous, professional...I could go on and on.
If you are considering AC installation they are definitely the ones to go with! And the unit that we chose is so quiet, you can barely hear it when you're standing right next to it! Every day that my husband comes home from work, the first thing he says now when he walks thru the door is, "Its soooooo comfortable in here!"

After getting four quotes from various local companies, we decided to go with Narrows Heating. Chris spent time with us answering all our questions during the initial visit. He was the only one that didn’t recommend units in each bedroom which saved us a significant amount of money. He came up with a proposal that fit our needs and the size of our home and his quote was the most reasonable. We had a lot of questions along the way and Chris was always very responsive and usually got back to us that same day. Installation day was a breeze and his team was friendly and took time to answer our questions. I would highly recommend this company.

Narrows installed a heat pump to replace our old oil furnace. We had the same great, super thorough quote experience that everyone else describes, and the installers were also super professional. Everyone showed up on time and was polite and courteous, and the work was completed in the timeframe we expected. Communication was great. Totally recommend!

I had Narrows installed Heat Pump, Gas Furnace, and Trane ComfortLink II XL950 Control for me in 2014. They did good jobs. However after installations, I called Chris, current owner, several times when the system didn't work properly during very cold weather, or need help to update software, their tech couldn't fix the problems for me. I left messages. He never called me back. The control panel has kept notifying me to update software for several years.
Narrows sent a technician to my house. She replace the discontinued ComfortLink Control with a newer model which Narrows provided for free. I'm very happy with their service now.

Narrows Heating removed my old oil-burning furnace and installed a more environmentally-friendly heat pump system. When Chris came to give an estimate, I was impressed that he focused on matching the new system to the size of my house. There was no pressure to buy something bigger or better. It was just-the-right size. And they took care of the paperwork to get the rebate from the Tacoma Power company. The installation team completed the task in just two days and kept me informed every step of the way. The old furnace system would rumble and shake the walls when it was running. The new heat pump system is whisper-quiet indoors, and barely noticeable outside too. And the AC works great! Thanks guys.

We are very happy with our experience with Narrows Heating and Air Conditioning. After a lot of research we determined that the Mitsubishi mini - split was the best system out there. Chris and Matt came out to our home and measured for the correct sized unit. The pricing was competitive. The installation was very professionally done and very quick. The overall experience was fantastic. We are looking forward to a cool house this summer!

We had our furnace replace by Narrows and it was very professionally done. Chris with sales was very knowledgeable. He spent time measuring and explaining. (Other companies did not.) Narrows install team was unbelievably, they completed the job in two days, cleaned up and trained us how to use. Everything went smooth!

Narrows Heating recently came out to install a tankless hot water heater. They had previously installed a new heating system (heat pump/furnace) in our home several years ago. They have been a good partner through the years with the heat pump including installation and annual maintenance. Because of Narrows performance with previous work, we were happy to have them install our tankless hot water heater. Their staff has always been honest, professional, and friendly. Honesty is important when a customer is contemplating new equipment. This helps eliminate post installation disappointments. Chris at Narrows excels at articulating pros and cons of the different options and we made a thoughtful, informed decision and are very happy with the results. As a construction company, we've used Narrows Heating & Air Conditioning on several projects. They've always done a great job and been fantastic to work with, so it was a no-brainer to contact them for work on our new office. Reconfiguring the layout of the building interior caused the existing basement ducted system to no longer be effective for the upstairs. Chris worked with me to select appropriate equipment for a ductless system to serve the upstairs portion of our office. Narrows Heating & Air Conditioning coordinated directly with our Electrical Contractor to ensure a timely, hassle-free installation.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We really enjoyed our experience with Narrows Heating. They installed a mini split in our upstairs unit. Everyone we worked with was very nice, professional, and helpful. They were very thorough with their work and walked us through how to work the system once installed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reputable, and reliable heating and cooling company to fulfill their needs.
