This company is so reliable and professional. They are service orientated and respectful of the homeowners property (even leaving their shoes on the front porch!). They are prompt and will arrive early and wait until the scheduled appointment time before knocking on the door. The installation staff headed by Danny communicated to us through the complete project. The installation staff made sure that I knew how to use and operate the new system before the left. Danny provided a one-on-one guide through the remote to the new unit. Beside the new install, I have hired them for years to do my annual maintenance on the homes AC and furnace system. I will always do business with them because of the stellar customer service, kindness, professionalism and reliability.

The instillation in our unit of our condominium complex was unique and difficult. The crew at Narrows were skilled and positive finding solutions to all the challenges. Had an amazing experience with Narrows. My old system failed after 16 years of use. I got a couple bids to install a new system and Narrows was extremely professional and quoted me a price 20% lower than other bids. Chris came out and did a detailed review of the airflow in our home to determine what options would be best. My wife had an upcoming surgery, so they even worked around their schedule to get our install done early. Installers were friendly, knowledgeable, and tidy. All around great experience. I would definitely recommend to check with Narrow for your heating and AC needs.

The team at Narrows Heating & Air Conditioning was amazing to work with from start to finish, and their price, level of service and quality far exceeded the two other companies we interviewed. Narrows worked with us to find out what we actually needed and didn't try to over-sell us. The installers were friendly, professional and kept things incredibly clean. Because our install was during a remodel they had to work around some existing issues, but did so creatively and in a way that ultimately worked even better what we had hoped for. After the install they explained our new equipment thoroughly and we even received a thank you note! Definitely a 5-star company.

I moved into the neighborhood, and asked a contractor neighbor (who later became the contractor on a significant fix of the house) who to call. He said, no question, Narrows Heating. So I did. Chris led the estimating team, and Ash led the install team. I needed no further info, I was familiar because of the furnace issues at the other house. You get what you pay for, and we wanted top shelf. We got it on the furnace install and now on the heat pump/AIR CONDISH! System. Oh, yeah. Both projects made big differences in the house. Love it. I would call them again if we need something, but, we are completely good for as long as we have this house. Will call them for the annual checkups.

No one really looks forward to replacing their furnace and the substantial investment this requires. But when the old one breaks down, you have only one choice. That being said, my experience with Narrows Heating made the whole experience a pleasure from start to finish. With Chris Calhoun on the front end educating me on my options and diligently following up on all my questions or concerns, I felt assured that I was getting only the best in product and services. The installers were punctual, pleasant and friendly, and also gave us an excellent orientation to our new purchase.
Narrows Heating was also instrumental in assisting us with obtaining excellent financing and working with the bank during that process. I honestly can't think of a vendor experience in any recent history, that was as smooth and professional as ours was with Narrows. With no reservations, I would very much recommend any other family consider them for their household needs.

We purchased our TRANE heat pump from Narrows in 2005 and they have supplied reliable and regular maintenance for the past 17 years. When the old heat pump finally died a couple of months ago we inquireed of a number of companies about bids. However, given our complete satisfaction with Narrows from the original sale and the intervening period we bought our new TRANE heat pump from them. From the initial appointment to the installation crew, to the office staff, Narrows' employees were uniformly competent, professional, and knowledgable. We are extrememly pleased with our new TRANE and with our relationship with Narrows Heating and A/C.
