Actually, we have asked Narrows Heating over the years to help us maintain our old heater which they did very well. They never tried to suggest our old system was bad or needed to be replaced. At our request their bid and recommended new replacement system was fully explained and transparent. No small print. The price was fair and each stage of the installation , which only took two days, was smooth, professional, and well done. Each member of the install team were polite, competent, and every one knew what they were doing. We will recommend Narrows Heating and Air to anybody who asks. The owner Chris came out and gave me a quote, Chris was very professional, prompt and made himself available for any and all questions following his quote. We decided to use Narrows Heating after doing our own research we felt Chris and his team best suited our needs. We paid a little more but we got a lot more. When the city inspector came out he asked “who did the installation” I informed him it was Narrows Heating, he then followed up with “wow, these guys did a great job”. If the city inspector was impressed that must be saying something. Thanks Chris for all of your help, definitely worth what we paid, now bring on summer so I can use my new A/C.

From the first visit of the estimator (the owner!) to the installation of a new HVAC system (gas furnace & high efficiency heat pump), Narrows Heating & Air Conditioning was fabulous! The estimate was what I would describe as "good value" (unlike some other estimates I received for similar equipment). Chris (the owner) was generous with his time not only during the initial visit, but responded quickly to a number of emails I sent in with additional questions, before and after I signed the contract. While there was a wait for the equipment (not Narrows fault!), Narrows kept me updated on the status.

The install crew was fabulous, also. They were efficient, professional, and took the time to go over how the equipment worked and how to use the fancy hi-tech thermostat they installed. They also left the garage spotless!

I feel very comfortable highly recommending that EVERYONE add Narrows Heating & Air Conditioning to their list of HVAC contractors to consider when looking for a highly professional HVAC install at a very fair price.

I worked with Chris, he answered all our questions and gave us information so we could make an informed decision on the systems we ended up getting. He informed us that there were shipment delays due to chip shortages and kept us informed of any updates on the delivery. Narrows Heating & Air Conditioning installed our new system with no issues. Another key thing we considered before we committed to the purchase was customer service after the installation, as we plan to have Narrows Heating and AC to be our service company for our system.

Narrows Heating & Air Conditioning did the original installation of our three Trane Heat Pump HVAC units. 15 years later when one unit needed replacing, we found Narrow's quote to be less expensive by far. I was really impressed with their attention to detail on air flow, differential pressures, etc. Furthermore, they identified factory and electric utility rebates in their quote that the other guys either didn't know about or kept for themselves. Their work was first class and I was blown away by the way they organized the manual, warranty, and serial number info that made it a snap to register my purchase with Trane. They are my go-to team for HVAC.
