I cannot say enough good things about world class and especially their tech Stephanie. Stephanie was thorough, reliable and incredibly helpful. Just a really wonderful person and a very skilled technician.

The service was wonderful. Will made sure that we knew exactly what was wrong with our system along with all the options from repair to replac and the pluses and minuses to both. In a world where it feels like you don't know who is best and what to think it was wonderful to have found a place that really had our best interest at heart and didn't pressure into anything that wasn't right for us. Definitely found the place we will be going to for all of our HVAC needs.

I gave 4 stars by mistake and then the tech called me to correct it. Politely pushing me to change it. (I’m not so sure that’s how reviews are meant to work) afterwards I looked for the review link and I had already deleted it unfortunately. So I continued with my chaotic night with a toddler and a house half packed. Plenty more important things to worry about. This morning I get a delightfully blunt text, passive aggressive reminder to log into google to fix it. Well I don’t use google too much so it look a while to find it, and now I get to write about a good experience turned slightly sour by employees pushing for reviews.

I’ll keep 4 stars, and hope they be a little more understanding that people have other things to worry about. I would have recommended you to friends but not with such pushy tactics. Good luck, please stop texting me.

These guys are great! They came right on schedule, and incredibly thorough. They explained everything they were doing, and were honest with me about what was going on with my old furnace. When they left, they left the area spotless. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Great communication. Let me know when they were running late. Very informative. Takes the time to explain the problem and how to fix it. Wears shoe covers in the house. Gets in, handles business and gets out. Email receipt and photos of the job! No complaints. Used them for maintenance and repair.

With covid work at home requirements, we are now using our basement as home office space. It didn't take long to realize our older homes duct system was not distributing heat evenly into the basement. Every step of the solving the problem and putting in place process to fix issue was seamless. Friendly sales person visited and costed project on the spot. One week later heat ducts and return air ducts added and problem solved. Really professional, clean quality installation by team.

Jonny was on time, professional and very friendly. Most importantly he was extremely knowledgeable and explained things clearly. At no time was I pressured into any repairs or service agreements. I was very impressed and would absolutely use them again.
