World Class Services

World Class Services did such a great job on our installation. I will be referring their services to family and friends especially how they go above and beyond to get the job done smooth without any hold ups. Armondo Even helped get a rebate through our electrical company to help reduced cost on top of his own rebates. I can’t say enough:). The units are working beautifully in this hot summer. Thanks again for everything!! You guys are awesome.

Making an appointment was a breeze. I had done some research and found out that the price that was quoted is the average for our area. When Tom and Brandon arrived, they were super polite and knowledgeable. Tom spent quite a bit of time cleaning the vent and didn’t stop until there was nothing else coming out. They were awesome.

The World Class Services team was responsive, worked with us through 8-10 iterations of the quote (no joke), and finished the work ahead of schedule. Their lead installer Sergio was awesome, cleaned up every day, worked around our infant child’s sleep schedule / renters and was nothing but polite. 10/10 I would use again.

We have lived in our house 20+ years and don't remember having the ducts cleaned! It was time. Communication about the apportionment was great, showed up on time, explained the process to us. As we let the pros do their thing, I appreciated that the crew was careful about keeping the floors clean and answering any questions. As they were finishing up, they went above and beyond by examining the heat exchanger, which had a crack! A month earlier we had just paid for "maintenance" on the furnace where the other company missed this.
We noticed a difference in the flow of air and less dust right away. Thanks to World Class and their technicians who took great care of our ducts and our house.

We are so impressed with World Class Services! It’s probably the coldest weekend of the year and our furnace stopped working. Their schedule was full, but they offered to come out at 10pm to make sure we had heat tonight. We have 3 small children so this was such a blessing. They ended up coming earlier and Johnny was very thorough in making sure everything was working correctly. At first he discovered that a tube had frozen water in it which is what made our furnace stop working. Then he went even further (because nothing about our system was set up correctly) and discovered that our system was leaking exhaust. This could have been missed and would have caused us even more issues. We felt prioritized and well taken care of by World Class Services and Johnny and will recommend them to anyone who needs their services!

Huge thanks to Ani who is a patient and informative expert! He took the time to educate us on how our newly acquired mini-splits function and tips on how to keep them in good working order. He was friendly, knowledgeable and we would welcome him back anytime. In fact, see you next year!!
