Johnny came out first to do the repair on our HVAC system that had a blown fuse. He was quick and professional in diagnosing the problem and offered a quick fix. We then had him come out a week later to service our AC and Furnace. He took the time educating me on every step of the process and offered safety tips along the way, since being from hawaii we've never had a furnace growing up. Would highly recommend world class services for any of your hvac needs.

Armando arrived precisely at delivery window and was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Job was done thoroughly and performed without pressure of selling additional services. Price quoted for service during appointment setup was price paid after service was completed. I highly recommend World Class Services for any furnace or heat pump-A/C service.

I called World Class Services to fix our nest thermostat. Will, arrived promptly and went above and beyond in his service. While the thermostat was a quick fix, Will went the extra mile to check out our furnace. Thank God he did, there were major cracks in the furnace that could of lead to carbon monoxide poisoning. Although it was late, Will stayed beyond his working hours to make sure everything was safe. That is the quality of work one should expect when calling World Class Services.

I’d like to give a huge shoutout and strong recommendation for anyone who is currently or may ever be in need of assistance with servicing, maintaining, or replacing their HVAC system.

Yesterday, they came out for routine maintenance on mine and my parents A/C + furnace. They did a great job with my property and provided outstanding recommendations that I’ve yet to receive from any other companies. At my parents, they discovered that the previous folks that were servicing both of our properties were being incredibly careless. There have been a couple longstanding issues that were supposedly corrected w/ their furnace that were simply bandaged but never actually fixed.

Long story, short: the furnace reached a level that became no longer safe to operate. It’s in the attic so we rarely check. Our expert problem solvers at World Class Services HVAC & Electrical really saved us and treated my parents as first priority. My parents are huge fans and are having them come right back out to replace their furnace. We are so thankful that we came across them. Moving forward, they will be my go-to recommendation for all of my clients, and we will be using them exclusively for all of my family’s HVAC needs.

Luis was friendly, professional & very efficient.
He cleaned & serviced my 17 year old furnace. He showed me before & after pictures & when he was finished it was thoroughly cleaned & looked great. I will definitely have him back next year to service & maintain my furnace.

We were at home and we suddenly heard that our heater wasn’t turning on! We called this company and Will Good was the technician that came to our home! He is the definition of professionalism. With COVID going on, he followed awesome safety guidelines and made us feel totally comfortable. One of the most friendliest guys we’ve ever encountered, especially with things as stressful as home improvements. He took care of even the smallest of details. There was a noise bothering my family and causing discomfort while sleeping caused by the heater and he even fixed that— paired with a warm smile:) Such a lovely gentleman and I would recommend him to even my closest of friends.

My furnace started making strange sounds on Sunday. I messaged them late Sunday, hoping that they’d get back to me on Monday. Within 15 minutes of my message they’d already discussed the issue with me and given me an appointment time. Will arrived and turned out to be a total furnace geek (exactly who I want to be performing surgery on my important and sensitive equipment!). He quickly found the issue but also gave the entire furnace a health check. I feel very good about having WCS and Will look after my heating.

So impressed with this company! Our heater stopped working at 4am, my husband called them at 7am and they were here fixing the problem by 9am the same day! Will came to fix our thermostat problem and he was so kind and explained very clearly what was wrong and what needed to be done. So grateful for World Class Services!

I had this company to come out to give a bid for a new water heater. When the individual showed up he claimed he was one of the techs as well and asked if my furnace had been looked at lately. I had him “look” at the furnace and next thing it is all torn apart. He proceeded to then say he can’t put it back together because it is broken. My furnace worked perfectly fine before he took everything apart. When I called the company back next day to complain what happened they said “well the pieces are broken so they can’t put it back together”. That is a complete scam! Do not let them in your house or they just start taking apart things then claiming they are broken and can’t be put back together. Such poor business practices.
