    Armando Jr was great at getting back to me quickly (the only company that did) and was upfront and honest with me about my repair

    Armando Sr was early for our scheduled time (imagine that!) and gave me straight answers without trying to upsell like others had. I completely trusted that he had my best interest in mind and he gave me all the info and options
    They had to order the part, which came in early and, knowing my desire to get the repair done quickly as hot weather was on the way, he came out on a Saturday morning and got the job done more quickly than expected, and on budget
    I rarely do these reviews, but would recommend these guys to anyone needing repair or replacement and will use them again!

    We had a problem with our heating and had World Class Services out to troubleshoot and also do a tankless water heater flush. The technician was here for hours and seemed thorough. Although he mentioned he knew the problem with our heat as soon as we called and explained how to use the emergency heat setting on our thermostat. It would have been nice for them to tell us that when we called since we spent the next 4-5 days freezing in 20-30 degree weather until they could come out. I also explained to the technician that my husband messed with the thermostat. He did his inspection and gave a list of suggested issues for fixing (hose condensation, kinked hose, deteriorating hose) and made them sound rather large. He finished his inspection, restarted our heat pump and left. We planned on doing the suggestions from inspection but they weren't dire.

    Two months later we turned on our AC and it blew HOT air. I called this company back and asked if the technician inspected our thermostat and if that was covered in our visit 2 months prior. She said it was inspected and that we hadn't done the fixes recommended and that could be the problem. I explained these services were not related to the cooling and the pump was running but literally heating instead of cooling. I asked if the issue was related to something that should have been found in our visit 2 months prior (like no refrigerant or miswired thermostat) if they would wave the service fee of $150. She said no.

    Basically they don't stand by their work. The work here was an inspection. The agent was also very rude.

    I called another HVAC company and they came out and found the issue was in fact with the thermostat wiring. Which was definitely present when this company was inspecting everything. The new company I hired also said the suggested fixes by World Class such as the condensation, kinked and fraying hoses were so simple and easy that it was normally something they just fixed when they saw them. And he did fix them while he was there.

    We had myworldclassservices come out to service our wood burning fireplace. Unfortunately there was some miscommunication between my wife and them and found out they only service gas burning fireplaces so they really couldn’t do anything or go around it.

    But, while the technician was here, he was very professional and I started grilling him on questions about other things...
    hot water tanks, furnaces, electrical panels...
    he answered all my questions briefly and set up a free no obligation estimate for the other things I know I should be replacing in the near future.

    Customer service is not a thing of the past with this company! I Will strongly consider using them for my other in home services that I mentioned above.

    My gas furnace was making a loud banging noise when the fan was running, and I couldn't figure out the cause. I asked World Class Services for help, and Quentin showed up. He did a fantastic job inspecting the furnace overall, and trying no less than 3 potential sources for the knocking (even though we couldn't reproduce it when he was there). He was super friendly and clear about pricing and what services he would provide. When he found the cause of the knocking (a loose screw and piece of metal next to the heat exchangers inside the duct), he came by to explain what the fix would be and pricing for that. He also did a great job explaining a few things we should watch out for with our furnace (for example some indications that cracks might form in the next year or two in the heat exchangers).

    I would give 10 stars if I could. World Class Services was able to fit me into a tight timeframe given an upcoming bank inspection. Armando was professional, fair, honest and did quality work. This is the first company I’ve worked with that did not try to up sell or take advantage of my situation. I highly recommend World Class Services.

    Will came out to check out our furnace when we had issues turning it on and found that it needed to be replaced. It was awful and dirty yet had just been serviced by another company less than a year ago and we hadnt used it since May. He was amazing and thourough in his explanation and showing us all the issues. He installed a new furnace and repaired some duct work with professionalism and a fun attitude. He clearly enjoys the work he does and we couldnt imagine a better experience around getting a whole new furnace system! Recommend 10 out of 10 times!!!

    It is such a nice and easy process to work with World Class Service. Stu called to check prior to his arrival and conducted the maintenance thoroughly. He even checked the AC for us for preventative care since there will be extremely hot days coming to the area. Such a nice team and I will recommend them to my friends.

    Very professional and thorough for the annual service on gas furnace. Tom and Luis very polite and helpful with tips on how to get the best longevity for the furnace. Super easy to book, text updates when they were on their way and great price.

    Had an awesome experience getting HVAC 2 stage AC installed. The while team is execeptional and customer friendly. They did the install over teo days and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend them if anyone is interested in getting AC or heating installed.

    They don't field tickets in a meaningful way. Got weaseled out of a diag. Fee. The pictures you send in don't make it to the techs. Oh! I'll save that if I go through them for a replacement so...I got something going for me.... 1 - *

    They reached out and attempted to resolve the issue. 1-*.
