All employees- from the call receiver to the employees on site- were all so polite, professional and helpful. Stu and Will went above and beyond by spending extra time looking over an issue originally not scheduled. Their work is thorough and they provide photos to help explain any issues. We will definitely continue to use them!

Armando Sr. arrived on time, the job went quickly, he was professional and respectful, careful with mask and shoe covers, and the inspection and servicing of my hot water heater was quick and efficient. I highly recommend World Class Services!

I was told they would be here Friday or Saturday to repair the a.c. Sat i called to see what time to expect them. They dont work weekends. I was then told they could schedule the repair for later this week, Friday. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

The service technician was extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. They serviced our furnace, air conditioner and gas fireplace. There fees for these services were lower or competitive with other companies. What made them standout was the exceptional customer service.

I was very pleased with the service and attention to detail. Top notch team diagnosed my furnace issue and provided sound, logical options. Definitely reccomend using World Class Service - so happy I did - can't wait for my new furnace!!! :)

World Class Services did an AMAZING JOB replacing my furnace! I’m renovating a 1965 Skyline Trailer and the furnace was ☠️
They sent a technician out to talk about my options and solutions. He explained the pros and cons and actual price of every option! When we decided on a system he took measurements and booked me an install!!!

Trailers are tricky! Everything is set up odd and it can be a challenge to replace broken appliances!

They walked into a nightmare situation with a too big furnace that the previous owner had BUILT IN!!! GAAAAAH! Wacky ductwork!!! YIKES!!!
But they solved ALL my problems!!!

I called World Class Services, at 1030PM, from Texas, on accident, with an emergency. I had a dead thermostat, in a freak cold snap. I had bought a replacement thermostat but could not get it to work. Johnny Williams took the time to walk me through testing the heater control board to make sure I hadn't messed anything up, and through installing the thermostat correctly. We had heat in less than an hour, and a seriously helpful experience.

Was in need for some HVAC services and came across World Class Services. So glad I went with them! Armondo, who I believe is the owner, came to our house about a month ago to service our AC. He was super friendly and informative about the whole process. Our little doggie even followed him around everywhere, and he was kind enough to give him a little treat! Will definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!

The entire team is professional and knowledgable. I found World Class Services through Homeadvisor and didnt look any further. I purchased a heat pump with 2 ductless units and felt comfortable throughout the entire process. There were unexpected delays outside of their control but they kept me informed at every step. This is the best money I've spent in a very long time!
