Greenwood Heating & Air Conditioning Lynnwood

Our experience was as advertised. Our home was a 'spec' house and it was never designed for air conditioning. 10 years ago we 'added' an air conditioner but it never worked properly - we'd be freezing downstairs and our master bedroom with full-sun western exposure would be uncomfortably hot. We did our research and gave Greenwood HVAC a call. They sent out Sharyn Taylor, whose construction background was extremely helpful. Sharyn listened carefully to what we were trying to accomplish and gave us a couple different options to think about. Once we decided on our new furnace and AC, Sharyn brought out Jake Orton, the Project Manager, and we walked through the plan and finalized the details - which included adding a register and return in the master bedroom, and raising the upstairs air return in the hall from near the floor up to near the ceiling . Next, Rob Malphrus and Dylan Johnson came out and did the installation, all while following the CDC's guidelines for social distancing and wearing their personal protection equipment. These polite, hard-working men took only 2 1/2 days to complete the entire project and it's already made a huge difference in the air flow in our house and especially in our master bedroom. My wife and I are very happy with the overall experience and we are glad we called Greenwood HVAC. We are looking forward to a long-term relationship going forward.

We had one of the techs come out to check on some curious rattling coming from the vents when our furnace in our manufactured home. He located the issue under the house, but assured us that issue was nothing to be concerned about. True. Later that day we ran out dryer only to find out that it wasn't drying. After a few tries, my family opted to find a new dryer figuring the old 1 just quit. After attaching the new dryer, the same non drying issue occured.. I crawled under my house only to discover that our dry vent hose was SMASHED COMPLETELY CLOSED!!! THE TECH FROM GREENWOOD HEATING CRAWLED RIGHT ON TOP OF IT!!! Costing my household more money and headaches unnecessarily!!! The tech was careless! I had even asked him to be careful with anything that is down because I did not know what was still attached to appliances or anything of that sort. If anyone chooses to use these guys, make sure you check their work before they leave.

I have been a customer for 20 years. Put a new air/heat system in 2 years ago. I run a home for the elderly so the house temperature is important. Kris is our main guy and is personable, knowledgable, and comes right away. I am very pleased with the equipment and service for Greenwood in Lynnwood. Thanks guys

Replaced the heat pump, furnace and thermostat. Work was done as scheduled and per the estimate. Mike and Josh did the replacement/installation over two days. Great, great work. Thank You Mike for leading this outstanding job! John O.

Really nice, friendly guys who answered my questions and showed up on time with a smile. Lots of small but great details like having a photo of the service person who will be coming to my home. The details made everything feel smooth and easy like you would hope it would be. When doing their work, each person proactively addressed small things to make the most of my equipment and get the best functionality from my furnace.

Sometimes things don't always go right and issues arise. While installing our heating system this happened and I was concerned, since many companies don't follow trough with good customer service and making things right when problems occur. I was taken good care of by Marco, Beth, Bree and Danni. Bravo! I apprecicate that they worked with us until we were completely satisfied and resolved the unexpected problems.

From start to finish I was very impressed. From setting up the initial estimate to installation of the Ac the whole process was very smooth. I was also told it would take two days for installation and they did it all in one day, very tidy crew and took their time to help me find the right spot for the unit.

We got a new Trane furnace put in by SAMUEL K. & ERIC. They were great! Super professional, worked clean, efficient, & gave a good run through on their workflow and about the system. Would definitely recommend.
