Justin and Rob were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining my new system. Greenwood Heating responded quickly to our concerns and I feel we have a perfect new heating and cooling system. All was done according to city code and permits. Greenwood delivers and you can count on the employees to do a great job.

I can't think of a more positive experience I could have had with a furnace installation. Brand new Trane furnace and Thermostat and additional piping for proper air flow all finished in 6 hours, and on a Saturday! Nate W. Is a super knowledgeable pro and can crack jokes while also teaching you about your new products. Even the quoting process with Lori was a pleasure, she made me feel heard. Thanks guys, my house is super warm now :)

Couldn't have worked out better - our furnace stopped working Saturday night, Quentin came out on Sunday and diagnosed the problem (it was a big one) then Lori came by that afternoon to estimate a replacement furnace. That was installed by Mike and Brandon from the Lynwood branch on Tuesday - nice guys, efficient workers, cleaned everything up and the installation looks great and works perfectly. Highly recommended !

Very satisfied with our experience. Adam walked us through the entire process on the front end during his bid and carefully set expectations. Berto and Juan communicated thoroughly during the two-day install process and meticulously set up the equipment to our liking. Electrician was quick and professional. Overall, highly recommended.

I will start off by saying that these guys were awesome. Over the past nine years, I have had quite a few contractors come to my house to bid, remodel, and do repairs. Of all the companies I've worked with, these guys have to be in my top three favorites (possibly even the best). John Louzy was the first person we met with from sales. He provided us a great overview of all their products and didn't try to up-sale like some of the other bids I received. I did my homework, so I knew the basics and what was needed vs what was a break even proposal that wouldn't happen for at least 15 years (New Furnace and A/C install). Not only did he provide me a great bid, but he beat a competitor (Costco) which was already providing a great deal. John also worked with me on a request for installing gas pipe stubs for the outside patio which helped me out a ton. The response time for installation was unreal too. I only had to wait one week. When the day of install came, I had two main installers show up (and few more popped in and out throughout the day). Rob Malphrus and Jared Anderson worked constantly for two full days. They were extremely nice and thorough with everything they did. I was prepared for finding some shortcuts, being a type A person, but I couldn't find a single thing I was disappointed with. Every day, everything was picked up better than they found it and their attention to detail was outstanding. When everything was complete, Jared walked me through all the information and next steps (i.e. inspectors, maintenance, how to operate thermostat, etc.) This company was not on my original list of bids, but after reading other reviews, I figured I better get them out to see what they were all about. I now know why everyone rates this company so high. Just make sure if you are doing any sort of HVAC, you at least give them an opportunity to be part of your process.
