Well GWH&A, we tried, we really tried, you showed up with all the right honorable words, you even willingly competed with your competition on price. We waited for a month while you made room in your schedule for us, the day of the job your expert showed up unprepared with out a plan. He literally said he figured the job in his head in real time. and now you want more money than the writen contract?
NOT ON MY WATCH.
