We have used Greenwood for the past 10 years for installation of two furnaces and yearly maintenance of our furnace. Our latest technician to come out, was Al Velo. He was by far the most knowledgeable and efficient at his job. He educated me thoroughly on why yearly maintenance is so important, and he was able to break the information down to my level of understanding. We've used Greenwood Heating & Air for two projects at our house over the course of the last two years. Both projects have gone to plan and we've been very pleased with the results. We've had the same salesman both times and found him very easy to work with. He was informative and in no way pushy throughout our interaction. Both teams that came for the installs were professional and thorough throughout the process as well.

Adam Houser came out and gave us our estimate for furnace replacement, new heat pump and duct cleaning. He explained the options, features, warranty and schedule. Matthew Jaccoi and his apprentice Layton and Miguel showed up as scheduled, left our place clean and explained everything they were doing. It all works and looks great and is quiet. We have had this company doing our service for over three decades. Great work!

We have had outstanding service from Greenwood since they installed our mini-splits 4 years ago. Last year we added boiler services too. All of the technicians from Greenwood have been professional, courteous, and personable. We had an exceptionally good experience in our last visit with Andy. Since we had a new boiler installed (hot water for radiant floor and domestic) we noticed a humming noise in the kitchen that we could not track down. We didn't know where it was coming from or what was causing it, only that we started noticing it shortly after the new boiler was installed. Andy came for routine maintenance on the mini-splits and we asked him if he could diagnose the humming noise. He was patient and persistent and he ultimately tracked it down to a fan in the crawl space under the kitchen! He reset the fan timer to midnight to 4 am and now we have a joyfully quiet kitchen again!!! Thank you Andy!!!

Greenwood has been handling our maintenance for several years. We have a complex HVAC system. The Greenwood tech is very familiar with our system. His work is thorough and meticulous. He keeps excellent notes from year to year so we can see trends. When he is complete everything is left clean and neat. His answers to my questions are clear and complete. We trust Greenwood to keep our system in top notch order and to be there if we have a problem.

Greenwood Heating saved us when our old furnace died in the middle of winter. They were amazing at scheduling us, prompt on arriving, polite, knowledgable, and they went the extra mile to get the install job done in one day so that we could sleep in a warm house that night. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs a new furnace or wants to have their furnace serviced.

First and foremost. They are super professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I really did like the technician that came out and was a pleasant experience.

That being said, their prices are eye gouging. To replace a water condensation pump was $500 for what was a unit that I ended up buying a higher end one for $70 and changing it myself in 30 min including the trip to home depot. As respectful as they are, i just wouldn't trust service and repairs and a fair price when quoted that high for such a trivial task.

The team from Lynnwood discussed and figured out how to put in our new furnace that met all codes. It was difficult but they were able to do it. It looks really good. They explained everything to us and there was no extra charge to the amount agreed on. It was done quickly and carefully. It was clear that they were knowledgeable and also very easy to talk to. Samuel and Brayden were punctual, highly professional, and very courteous. They installed our gas furnace, ensured its functionality, and gave me a 'tour' of our new system. They took pride in their work, and did a neat job, attending to detail. I highly recommend Greenwood!
