Washougal Heating & Cooling

6 year old unit wasn't working. Tech checked and added 2 pounds of refrigerant. A week later, it was not cooling. Called another company and their tech did a thorough job of checking, found a leak in outside unit coil. Result is I need either a major repair or a new unit. I am now getting bids for a new unit (not including Washougal H & C in the bidding). Ended up losing a month of time, moving me into July before I can get the system working again. If the Washougal H&C tech had found the problem, I would have a new unit in by now.

So glad to have two ductless units installed around July 21st. It saved us from the super hot days of summer with the AC. Also love how warm & cozy it feels now that we have it set for heating. Thanks to Yelena at their office, we also got our $1000 rebate in the mail from Clark Public Utilities.

Alex recommended the Nest Thermostat to lower my electric bill. He installed it and working great. Love the features it offers. I am keeping Washougal Hearing & Cooling in my contacts for future work.

Called them last Friday at 3:00 and needed immediate help. Our A/C went out just before our back to back open houses the next 2 days! They put me on hold, called their tech who added one more stop to the end of his day. Vitaly was the tech who gave me a few options and was able to implement the fix on the spot. Our open houses were very successful and I owe much of that to keeping it cool! Thanks so much Washougal H&C!!!!

Left a message after hours because I didnt have heat. Received a call early the next day and Vitaly was at my house by 8:30. It was not a complicated fix but Vitaly was very knowledgeable and willing to explain several things to me. He quickly diagnosed two issues and had the parts in his truck to repair both. I have heat again. Heat and blower work better than before they stopped working. I'm very pleased.

Sam was my technician and he did an excellent job. We had 2 nest thermostats to install and he knew exactly what he was doing. Very nice and professional.

The service was excellent. Sam showed and explained what he needed to do. I had a new filter and he put it in for me which I appreciated because it was on the ceiling. I will use Washougal Heating and
Cooling in the future.

They came out for a quote to replace my water heater but they found the leak as was able to fix it, I would have never known, so bleased by the professionalism and work ethic.
