The service has always been on time and if any issues arose (like our AC giving out one time), they were quickly there to fix the issue.

After some initial miscommunication around the scheduling of our appointment we have a brand new AC unit installed and I’m pleased with the work. The crew stayed until 10:30pm to finish the job and made sure we were pleased with the unit before they left. I appreciate the hard work and customer service. We needed a narrow air conditioner and they delivered a unit that was better than what any of their competitors offered. It’s nice to work with a smaller company that cares and goes the extra mile.

Fast, efficient, professional and very friendly. I just had an air conditioner installed at my new home and I could not be happier with the entire experience from start to finish. David was able to come out to my home the same day I called to get a quote for the project. He was professional, friendly, and very informative about what size unit would work best for my home and location of the unit. I was then able to pick an installation date that worked great with my work schedule. On the day of the install everything went great. They double checked with me about the location of the unit to make sure that they had the right spot and everyone that came that day was very friendly and professional. After they finished installing the new AC unit, they walked me though how everything worked and made sure to answer all of my questions before they left. Our HVAC system was making a strange noise. I called a few companies and no one come come out for a few days. I called Washougal Heating & Cooling and they made an appointment for that day. They send me an email confirming the appointment and time, and a text. Sam, the technician called me when he was about 10 minutes out to let me know. He was able to diagnose the issue within minutes. I then asked if they could do a maintenance visit on our HVAC as it was older and we were worried about it. Sam pent over an hour going over the whole system. He was polite and friendly. I ended up purchasing a yearly maintenance agreement at a very reasonable price. I am very please with Washougal Heating and Cooling and will recommend them to our friends.

I shopped around for new A/C unit and got quotes from other local HVAC companies, which is nearly 30% more than what Washougal guys charged me. Washougal Heating & Cooling replaced our old A/C unit with high-end Carrier unit and a faulty board of furnace, all within reasonable price. Good customer service, prompt response and quality work. You will not be disappointed with this company.

My dehumidifier stopped working well, I suspected it was low on refrigerant so I made an appointment. They were able to send someone out within a few days and the repair person showed up within the window of time as promised. They were courteous and after diagnosing the unit confirmed the issue was low refrigerant. He recharged the unit and was done within a short period of time. The final bill was higher than I expected, but that was due to the cost of the refrigerant used. My unit used R22 which is being phased out and is expensive. The labor cost was very reasonable. I would definitely call them again next time I need HVAC work.

Our heat was out when we got home from a vacation. Ugh! We were lucky to get a same day appt as they had a cancellation. The employee that came out was nice, explained what was wrong and what he would do to fix it. We had him perform maintenance on furnace and heat pump while he was there. I felt for what he did, the price was reasonable. Thank you for getting us heat the same day!

Excellent service. Water noticed in basement by A/C unit 2 days before anticipated heat wave in our region. Made appointment for asap and they called back that they were able to come that evening! Knowledgeable service technician, assessed and explained everything, diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. He was kind and easy to communicate with and we highly recommend this company.

Our furnace went out two days after Christmas which came as a surprise. Thankfully Andrea in the office got Alex out right away and he found that the unit was a mess and desperately needed replaced. Andrea quickly emailed me the specs on the new Carrier unit that would be installed and Alex came by after work hours to finish the sale. The install went well and communication was always excellent. I would highly recommend this business and look forward to improving our home with them in the future. The price was very fair for the high quality product delivered and installed.
