First off, their first point of contact, the admins in the office, were delightful and extremely helpful. Then Oleg gave me a very detailed and reasonable estimate, and answered all my (many) questions. Once I decided on Washougal, I had A/C within a week! It was incredible. I definitely recommend their services, and will most likely be going to them with any further HVAC needs.

We found a significant water leak in our crawlspace and needed to have our HVAC system checked out as soon as possible. Washougal Heating & Cooling were able to come out the next day. Our heat pump ended up not being the problem, but Sam was very helpful in explaining that the leak was coming from the water heater and helped point us in the right direction for that repair. He really went above and beyond!

Washougal heating replaced our furnace and air conditioner recently. The two guys that did the install were professional, polite, communicated well and did just a great job. We would definitely recommend them to others.

Loved working with Washougal!! They helped me Fix my A/C. The workers were all super professional, punctual, knowledgeable and helpful. Jenni in the office was able to fit me in there very busy schedule as the days are getting hotter and people need their cold air blowing.

I scheduled Friday, they were here Monday. Elaina was very nice and understanding of my situation and very informative, we made an informed decision that best fit my needs and Dave showed up Monday and got the furnace working again. I can't say enough good things about my experience, they're definitely top notch.

Thanksgiving eve 2018. Furnace making strange noise, Called Washougal Heating and David showed up about 7:00pm. After diagnosis we decided that a new furnace made the best financial sense. We also replaced the A/C unit because of its age. Did a lot of research. Got two more bids. Chose Washougal Heating and are we ever glad we did. Professional. Courteous. All questions answered. No surprises. On time. One day installation. Made sure we received all rebates available. All new heating and cooling systems are about the same price. The choice is about hiring the best HVAC contractor. We think that Washougal Heating is the best.

Called for AC repair and got charged full price ($89) for something they can't repair. Total time spent 5-10 minutes. Didn't have professional gear nor professional knolwedge (called different firm who has more testing equipment and got it working).

Price doesn't seem reasonable to me if they cannot fix the issue. It should be offered at discount.

My compressor was out of order after 3 years and covered by the warranty. Washougal Heating and Cooling was able to find the new compressor in 2 days and repaired it so professionally with reasonable price. This is the best HVAC company.

David and the folks at Washougal Heating and Cooling did a fantastic job on the installation of our new ducted hvac system. My wife told me last winter that she did not know if she could handle another winter in the house without central heat - and now we don't have to! The guys who did the work were professional and listened to what we wanted. I had bids from four competitors and no one else was willing to install a fully ducted system in our 1930 craftsman.
