Washougal Heating and Cooling was great to work with. From booking an estimate, to receiving an estimate and getting the job scheduled - all interactions were timely and professional. Their bid was also less expensive than other companies we received estimates from. I would use this company again without hesitation.

My heater stopped working the other night so I called early the next morning! They were able to come within less than an hour of me calling and got my heater back to running. Although it was an easy fix to get it to start again, I really appreciated how quick they were able to come check out my furnace! I will be using them again!

Alex did a wonderful Job servicing the furnace for one of my rental properties. He was quick to respond, and even coordinated the date and time with my tenant. He definitely went the extra mile for me, and the customer service he provided was excellent! I recommend him to all my clients and friends!

In the past I have used one of their local competitors. I called Washougal Heating and Cooling this year and Alex came out to do the yearly maintenance on my ductless heat pump. I now realize I was being swindled by the other guys.
Alex did such a fantastic job. My outside unit looks brand new and so does the inside unit. He was on time, polite and super efficient. I will never use anyone else. Washougal Heating and Cooling is the best and their rates are super reasonable for what a fantastic job they do.

The HVAC system in the house we recently bought was 16 years old. The fan was loud and the gas furnace had a fair amount of corrosion inside so we decided to replace the entire system. We got quotes from 3 contractors and decided to have Washougal Heating & Cooling install a new high efficiency gas furnace, air conditioner, and thermostat. They were very professional, the price they quoted was fair, and they showed up on time and were able to get the whole system installed in one day. When they were finished there was a problem with the thermostat so they came back the next day and found that there was a problem with the wiring between the thermostat and the furnace. The wiring wasn't part of the quote that they gave us but they went ahead and replaced it for us with no additional charge. I would definitely use them again.

We just had to replace our entire heating and cooling system. This company was a pleasure to work with. Extremely honest and professional. Despite an increase in supply & demand, the owner honored an estimate from about 2 months ago. John Orzhakhovsky was the gentleman that did the new install. Great guy!....very professional, friendly and extremely hard working. He even helped us with our new Nest thermostat. Our pets loved him! They also made getting financing easy. We feel really good about the work they've done. Thank you John for getting us up and running with AC during the hottest week of the year!

When I contacted Washougal Heating & Cooling, the call was answered quickly, by an actual person ~ No automatic computer-generated systems. I was listened to, as I provided a non-technical description of what I was experiencing and my concerns. An appointment was made for the following morning for a technician [Sam] to determine what problems existed. Sam called as he left for the appointment, arriving as arranged. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and answered all questions/concerns I voiced. It was of particular importance to me that as an elderly woman, there was no attempt to sell me any unnecessary equipment or services. The charges were fully explained and were totally reasonable. I can recommend this business without reservation.

My thermostat quit working. I requested service through Angie's List and Washougal Heating Responded quickly. Service was scheduled for the next day. They were courteous and professional. They texted a reminder and then called to let me know they were on the way. The technician wore a mask the entire time and was very professional. Answered all questions and had the new thermostat ready to go in no time. I'll be calling them again when I need service.

Washougal Heating and Cooling showed up when they said they would and did a great job installing our new furnace. They quoted us a fair price and were quick to get it installed going into winter time. The techs that showed up did a great job answering all my questions and were very kind.

So pleased with the Washougal Heating and Cooling Company! We recently had a thermostat that went out on us. This company made wonderful recommendations. The technician came and installed a new one without a problem. Everything was done in a timeless fashion. From the receptionist to the technician, everyone is professional, friendly and most competent. A great company to use for your heating and air conditioning needs!
