My A/C wasn’t working and I called Washougal HVAC and they were able to come out the same day. Alex was very professional and explained everything that was going on with my unit it and had it back up and running quickly. I recommend Washougal heating & Cooling to anyone needing a/c repair

My serviceman was prompt and repaired my AC within a reasonable amount of time. He was honest and explained what needed to be done with my unit. I don’t feel like I was overcharged or uninformed. I would definitely recommend this company!

Called Washougal Heating and Cooling for a pilot light that wouldn't stay lit on our gas furnace. Their guy came out and said we needed a new thermostat. Hundreds of dollars, and a new thermostat later, the problem wasn't solved. They came out again, and tried to sell us on a whole new unit. One of their competitors came out, replaced some parts, and we have a working furnace. All without having to shell out for a whole new furnace. Now if I could only get my money back for that thermostat that we clearly didn't need... Chances are slim to none that we will ever use Washougal again.

We live in the Gorge, where it can be difficult to get service due to the travel time. Alex showed up on time and proceeded to diagnose and repair a heat pump problem that had stumped another technician, using a motor and other parts that he had with him. We were up and running less than two days after I called. Great service, Washougal Heating and Cooling--Thanks so much Alex.

Great Company Helped us disconnect an AC unit to do some foundation work and Reconnected. great Company Professional, Kind and Honest. One Review Showed 1 start. Never done this before and click on the star and only gave one Star. This company is a 5 Star. Would recommend to anyone who needs AC/Heating needs

They never gave me a estimate. Even after I let them know I didn't get it? Washougal heating did get back to me after my review .

They showed up on time every day and inspected the units in under 30 minutes. They didn't use any scare tactics to push me into a decision. I received a quote that ended up being close to other companies, but this job was done in half the time others quoted, and they didn't have any questions after the initial inspection. It was a very painless experience, I'll be recommending them to others.

Our heating system went out overnight. I called when I woke up and they squeezed me in that same day. The cost for my simple repair was $120 including the service call. I thought that was very reasonable.
