Dana's sent a service person out the next day after I contacted them regarding my concern about the heating operation of my heat pump installed this past fall. Onsite, the technician showed me how to check for error codes in the future to assist in identifying and tracking possible issues and was able to provide a temporary repair while we wait for the snowstorm to pass.

Overall great experience. We had our yearly maintenance done. The Technician was skilled, friendly, and answered all of our questions.

Helpful, friendly, thorough, and timely. Greg was an excellent service person. I would have made it 5 stars but maintenance cost increased by quite a bit. Hope they will consider discount for seniors on fixed income.

Technician was on time, did thorough inspection and testing, explained findings. Showed humor and good grace as he made a late-afternoon service call on New Years Eve! We appreciated the time he took to get the job done.

Greg was very kind and explained everything he was doing- he helped me in setting my thermostat and explained it to me - and always asked if I had any questions. Greg was professional and yet listened to my story and I appreciated him - he even gave my dog a treat . It’s good to know my heat pump is doing well and I am in good hands.
