Wonderful company! Called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way and were very professional. They checked the furnace, changed the filter and did the routine maintenance and gave us tips to help maintain the furnace. Such a great company and workers. Will continue to use the company to help maintain the furnace.

Zack came out and gave us a very thorough estimate and information about what he would do to provide us HVAC in our home. He talked us through positives and negatives and was very responsive to our questions. We had 3 companies come give us quotes and Dana's was the easiest, was the only company that could come and install in a month's time, and price wise for what we are getting they were right in line. Definately recommend!

Elias came out today (1 week early) due to his other jobs going faster than expected. He was was very personable and knowledgeable about HVAC and was able to diagnose the problem with my A/C system and gave me 3 different approaches to dealing with my issue. My 23 year old furnace quit. Dana’s was one of three local heating companies I contacted for an estimate. George came the next business day. He was professional and also the most thorough of the three estimates I got. Dana’s was not the lowest bid that I got but offered interest free financing, a well known brand of furnace, and had one available for installation within three days of me asserting there. Overall, I am very pleased with them and expect to be even happier next Tuesday when my new furnace is installed.

Our guy showed up on time, was pleasant, fixed our problem and gave us a bill we considered fair. Scheduling person was personable and efficient. Really good experience with Dana. They’ll be our go-to from now on.
