When I initially called them, due to my propane furnace not functioning, they had to schedule me weeks out. It was the middle of summer and they had people out on vacation. Because it was summer, I was in no rush. Never the less, when they had a sudden opening, they called me and were out here in a couple of days. The technician, Jim, was methodical and found the issue. The furnace is 30 years old and asked if I wanted some things that looked worn out replaced. He said there was no urgent hurry but would need to be done over perhaps the next 24 months. I went ahead and did the preventative work now, rather than the dead of winter over the next two years. Great work, excellent communication and fair pricing. I’ll use them again for sure!

I recently had the pleasure of having Advanced Heating & Cooling send their technician, Toby, to perform maintenance on our boiler system. I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Toby was not only punctual but also took the time to explain the entire process to me, addressing all my concerns along the way. As someone who recently moved in and was unfamiliar with the system, his patient explanations and accompanying photos were incredibly helpful in understanding how everything worked. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge displayed by Toby and the entire team at Advanced Heating & Cooling. Without a doubt, I will be using their services again in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of heating and cooling solutions.

The technicians were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The price for the annual tune-up is pretty reasonable too. I had been noticing my AC seemed to be losing efficiency over the years, so I asked them to look into that. It is looking like a potential leak in the refrigerant lines which is frustrating since I've only had the system for 8 years, and I imagine it's probably been a slow leak since the initial install in 2015 (done by the same company). They quoted me a very pricey estimate for leak detection/repair (nearly 50% of the initial install price). In my opinion, if the leak is determined to be caused by either faulty workmanship during the initial install or a faulty part from the factory, I shouldn't be 100% liable for the expenses. So I'm hoping they're reasonable in meeting somewhere in the middle depending on what they find, primarily because it's the same company that installed the AC unit and that has been doing so the tune-ups ever since. a/c diagnostics - Andy was professional in demeanor and provided solid factual data about our current system such as input and output temperatures, refrigerant pressure, and unit size versus living space. It is an older unit but still working fine, however he was helpful to set up a sales consultation appointment for possible upgrade by our request.

Heat Pump was making a loud noise, so I called and they sent someone out within a few days to diagnose the problem. Technician found the problem quickly and ordered the parts. Unfortunately, the wait between ordering the parts and the repair was 10 days, due to scheduling availability, but all in all the experience was a good one.
