The technician was great, friendly, explained and answered questions.

100 degrees outside and my a/c compressor simply quit last night. We've always used Advanced so I called them this morning - Sunday. I left a message with their answering service expecting a return call when they opened on Monday. However, someone called me within a half hour of leaving the message. A technician arrived around 4:30 after squeezing me in between multiple service calls he had today. Within a half hour, my a/c was up and running! Now, the house is slowly cooling down and I'm looking forward to sleeping comfortably tonight. THANK YOU Advanced Heating and Cooling. They've always been wonderful, but today was just over the top amazing!

Rodney did the estimate, talked me down from a more costly system (I didn't realize the amount of work that was going to be required for a significant efficiency upgrade) saved me a lot of money. I ended up spending about $4,000 less then I budgeted.
Installer were punctual, professional, and personable. A couple of great guys who did a great job. New Trane furnace ready to get me through another 20 + years.
