My daughter bought a 107 year old house and had the gas hot water tank replaced by a big box store. That started a search for a solution to a venting issue. Four companies told us that they couldn't help. Advanced Heating got the job done right. They identified the problem, knew local codes and finished the job quickly. The guys were friendly and did an amazing job cleaning up the space. I appreciated the picture texts letting me know who was headed to the house and when.

The technician Andy was professional, informative, and very ethical. He found that my furnace/ heat pump combo were fine, and all I needed was a new thermostat. I was given a fair price for the work and he was done in an hour!

this was a warranty call to replace a defective thermostat. They were here the day after I called, had the replacement part on hand and did and the necessary programming and syncing of components. Works great.
