We had no heat yesterday, 12/27/19. Your company has served our needs since we purchased the unit several years ago. We have been most satisfied with your service ever since. Yesterday's response to our crisis was outstanding. We had no heat and were expecting family from Montana later that day. Elizabeth immediately reached out to a tech. to come over and fix the furnace. After taking a good deal of time to assist us, she finally reached Chris who came over to the house, assessed the situation and obtained the necessary parts by going to Poulsbo to pick up a new motor. He then explained what he had to do and fixed the furnace in a timely and efficient manner, then taking the time to explain everything he did.

From start to finish, your staff, Chris and the excellent way you took care of us reinforced the conviction that we will continue to use your company for our heating needs. You are an outstanding company.

Toby came today to conduct the annual maintenance service on our HVAC. He showed up at the time they said he would and he was both professional and informative of everything he did.

My 19-year-old furnace motor died on Christmas Day at about 7 p.m. so I posted on several local Facebook groups that evening asking for recommendations for a reputable service company to repair or replace it.
Within seven minutes, I not only had recommendations for about half a dozen different companies, but Chuck Davis, the Operations Manager at Advanced Heating and Cooling, posted a reply with a phone number and asked me to call him that evening.

I didn't want to interrupt his holiday, so I replied that I would call him the next day. When I called late morning the next day, (it wasn't that cold out, so I wasn't in a rush), I found that they had kept an appointment slot open for me that same day. They sent out a technician, Jim, that same day. He was knowledgeable (identified the problem right away and even knew the cost if the replacement part by heart), friendly, and had my furnace up and running later that evening as he had the part I needed in his van. The diagnostic price was a little higher than some other companies, but still more than reasonable and the quality and speed of service were impressive. Jim even vacuumed the dirt and debris out of the furnace and gave us tips for future maintenance, and Chuck followed up with me on my Facebook post to make sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. --Kathryn, Gig Harbor, WA

MIke, Jimmy, Chris and Toby did an excellent job of installing our replacement propane furnace. They were considerate and efficient. We are delighted our heating system is up and running again and wholeheartedly recommend Advanced Heating and Cooling.

Advanced heating and cooling was great to work with throughout the process. They know what they are doing and were very easy to work with. They did annual service on 2 hvac units. The service was done professionally, on time, and for the quoted price. I will use them again and highly recommend them!
