Unable to diagnose Goodman systems and scheduled the service too late in the day to get technical help from Goodman. Called during normal business hours (4:30pm) to speak with the service manager on how we were going to get the issue diagnosed. They were not available as they work 7-3 and are not available as support for the service technician after3 pm. The title of service manager seems to be just that a title. They call and left a message that there would be no charge and I would have to find someone who serviced Goodman systems. Ridiculous service management!
Advanced Heating and Cooling took the job and scheduled it knowing the type of system I had yet did not indicate that they could not fully diagnose Goodman systems as none of their techs are Goodman certified . This means they must be able to speak with Goodman systems service to troubleshoot technical issues. I wouldn’t suggest using Advanced for service unless they installed your system and it was under warranty.
Our service tech Jim did a great job! He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and fix it. Very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he needed to troubleshoot to figure out what was happening. There’s a saying if you want it done right, hire a Vet! This Military family couldn’t agree more! Thank you Jim for your service and expertise and thanks Advanced Heating and Cooling for hiring an awesome guy!

Advanced’s technician arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what to do to fix it myself if it ever happened again. Advanced was able to get my furnace back up and running within days, while the earliest one of their competitors could get to me was literally still a month away!
Performed furnace maintenance and filter replacement. They cleaned the unit and performed inspections, were very professional and let me know who was going to be my technician before they showed up.
He did good job but took little too long to figure why heating won’t go down and change bolts and finally fixed. Would suggestion to prevent smell odors from him.
