Sullivan did a great job servicing my furnace and A/C equipment. They were able to get me on their schedule in a very reasonable amount of tune, i didn’t have to wait months. On the day of service, the very nice technician (Isaac) was prompt and considerate. He performed the maintenance service very thoroughly, explaining what he found and corrected along the way. I am extremely satisfied with Sullivan and will be using them again in the future.

We've been with Sullivan (now Home Comfort Alliance) for years. They're svc tech's are knowledgeable, professional, on time, fair in their pricing, and friendly. They've maintained/serviced our HVAC system since we moved here in 2008, and even replaced our heat pump unit. Technician Steve S. has serviced our system a number of times and he's the best. Highly recommend this company.

From the first phone contact to the last tech leaving it was the Best Quality Service Team I have encountered. I am so appreciative and grateful to have such a professional, knowledgeable and personable Team help me with an entire new Furnace, Heatpump and Thermostat Installation. Do not use this company. New furnace. New heat pump. I ask for a reliable system. Inter changing thermostat. Heat pump, went out within 3 years. $5,000.00 to replace. Furnace repairs $3,000.00 a year. New thermostat $1200.00 + labor. Money pit. But, Sullivan highly recommend the setup. They have very little knowledge of HVAC. It's all about lining their pockets. I need a new furnace and heat pump. In 10 years the currier furnace and heat pump they installed has a cost of about $28,000.00 with purchase and repairs. Some of the repairs, were not needed. Terrible company.

Robert from Home Comfort Alliance did the electrical when HCA installed our AC system. He did a very good job.

The technician did a great job, was friendly, knowledgeable and on time. The price of the service seems high for the short time spent checking the system.

Maria and her team did a fantastic job of replacing our hvac duct work. They showed up on time and we’re very respectful of our home. They cleaned up their work so well, you would never have known they were there. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Geoff and the team at Sullivan did a fantastic job replacing our aging HVAC system. We had a complex system and the team assessed our needs and designed a great solution for our 2 story home. I got 4 bids and the Sullivan bid was by far the best design. The other companies just wanted to replace our system with the same. Design was 100% Execution was 100% Thanks Geoff and team.

My heat pump broke down unexpectedly the night before a record heat wave was expected. I called just about every HVAC company I could find and no one was willing to book an appointment for at least several days out. Most were several weeks. But Sullivan returned my after hours phone call within minutes and had a tech come to my house within a few hours and quickly made the repair. Their work was great, and their prices were fair. These guys are superheros and I can't recommend them highly enough.
