Our heat pump failed the night before the big heat wave back in late June. We were facing the prospect of having to search for a place to stay cool since all the HVAC companies we called gave us appointment times several days and even weeks away. We called Sullivan late Friday evening and they had a technician here Saturday morning and he fixed the heat pump in about 30 minutes. We needed a part and Arnold the technician had it in the truck! Go figure. Our external thermometer got up to 113 degrees two days later. I can't speak highly enough of this company. I can't imagine the misery and discomfort they saved us and possibly the death of my old dog from the heat. Thank you Sullivan Heating & Cooling.

Scheduled appointment regarding failing thermostat. Technician arrived on time. Diagnostic and travel charge was $118. Technician told us the cost to replace the very basic Honeywell 5000 unit would be $406.87 including installation. We had done some research before he came, and found the identical unit on Amazon for under $60.00. We refused the install and ordered it online. We have been loyal customers of Sullivan for many years and were willing to support this business for a reasonable price. We then found paperwork for a job we had had done by Sullivan last year and realized we had paid far more for that part and service charge than was reasonable. We would not recommend this business!

y got bids from 7 different companies, Sullivan was the best value by far. their installers are super dialed in, skilled in their craft and really nice too.
they sent us a check for $600 for a rebate we didn't know existed, they didn't have to, but they did and that says a lot about their company

We had an AC installed by Sullivan when our house. The first time we tried using it we ended up with water coming out of a light fixture. Sullivan was out every couple of weeks and every time the problem was "you need to change the filter". Toward the end of the summer they finally realized that the system they designed for my model of house included a distribution box that was too short causing back pressure making the coils freeze and block airflow. Instead of fixing this they installed something that would shut the AC off if it freezes and something else that reduced the pressure on the compressor. Basically they installed items to degrade the performance of the equipment rather than fix the actual issue. This is the third summer and the AC still does not work.

I did some research into how heat pumps worked prior to calling for estimates. Two other companies came out before Sullivan, both lied to me. Sullivan was honest and followed through beautifully, my only regret is that I had forgot to get a bit of cash to tip the installation crew!

Sullivan was great from the first moment when we sat down to pick out our system. We chose a top of the line unit and after it was installed I asked them when they were going to turn it on. They said, "It's on", but it was so quiet I didn't hear it come on. The system's like a great waiter, invisible until needed and then at your service. The techs are all great too, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks, Sullivan! 😀

I purchased the heating pump system from Sullivan several years ago and have had maintenance performed every six months since, the technicians are very thorough and always tell me how to ensure proper use of the system. Mark advised me about continuous use of the fan. He did a great job, I have also been pleased with Steve's service. Thank you Sullivan Heating, I will always recommend your company.

WE have had Sullivan perform preventative maintenance service on our heat pump and furnace for the past 8 years. We have been very pleased with their service. Their technicians are friendly, courteous and professional and seem to be knowledgeable and well trained. Emergency service has been responsive and prompt. We would not use any other HVAC service company. WE have had contact with Mark, Steve, Dave and KIm.

We were very happy with the great service provided by Sullivan's employees. The office staff was caring and friendly. They got us the earliest possible appointment for service. The service technician was prompt, knowledgeabie, experienced and professional. It was a pleasure to work with them and they will be our service provider from now on.

Travis our service tech was friendly and knowledgeable, he explained everything he was doing and why. Fixed the problem and did not leave until he made sure everything was working correctly. Definitely will use Sullivan Heating and Cooling again in the future.
