Very communicative and always showed up on time, as promised. He swapped out an old electric furnace for me and replaced it with a gas one. The work is spot on and looks amazing. The price was less than all competitors as well. I would never use any other company in the future. Thank you for getting us our new furnace before fall, Shaun, you are a life saver!

We decided it was time to replace our old gas furnace and called Shawn. He came out on the same day and gave us an estimate that was fair in price. He was able to answer our questions and ordered our new furnace promptly. As soon as the furnace arrived, he came out to install it. We were impressed by his attention to detail, his thoroughness and his work ethic. Would highly recommend him!

So far, it's been a good experience. Job not complete yet. I can honestly say that he took time to answer questions and explain exactly what needs to be done. He has sent not one but multiple price quotes on an item I inquired about. I really appreciate that.

Shawn is an extremely reliable and knowledgeable person and has given me full trust in QC Heating and Cooling. I had a horrible experience with another contractor and was referred to QC. Although the specific unit I had wasn't one that he worked on commonly, Shawn went above and beyond and researched the manual inside and out and was able to tell me a lot of great and interesting things about my Midea system. Shawn is a perfectionist and has gone above and beyond to not only give us a quality install, but has had great communication with me in every step up the process. I would be more than happy to refer QC Heating and Cooling to any person looking to get a heat pump installed or worked on.
