We used Dana’s Heating and Cooling for the first time today to perform a system check and maintenance. Tom was our technician. He called while on is way and arrived on time. He kept me informed of his actions and findings. All worked out great and we will use Dana’s again.

Dana's Heating & Cooling have provided installation, service and maintenance for both my furnace and water heater since they began their business and they always give me their best.

They called ahead to ask if it was okay if they were running early. Then they arrived a half-hour before the actual appointment. They were professional and did a great job.

Excellent Service. This was my 6 month check up since my heat pump and furnace were installed. Incredibly detailed service. I was/am very impressed. Would recommend Dana’s to anyone who needs a new system or regular maintenance!

Excellent, professional and friendly service from initial call for information, scheduling a site visit appointment, through to the salesperson (Roger) who evaluated our existing system and made recommendations to us. Everything about the company has been exceptional—even the follow through communications from the central office. This is especially appreciated since we’re in the “COVID excuses” era when it’s so hard to get any tradesman to even take a look at a job. We highly recommend Dana’s!

We had an estimate made for installing an American Standard A/C unit. The estimator was very informative and professional. He was quick to give us the estimate which unfortunately was not competitive with another company's estimate. I would not hesitate to work with them if they have what you want.

I really enjoyed speaking with Carl to schedule my service. He was very helpful and informative. Tom and Elias did my furnace repair efficiently and were very patient with my questions. The cost of the repair was less than I anticipated. I will use Dana’s for all my future HVAC needs.

The repair man was great. I found him very professional, found the problem quickly and took care of it and made sure the heater was doing its job before he put his tools away.
I’m horrible at names so I don’t remember his name but the last time I had my heater maintained by another company I just wanted the man out of my house he was so busy pushing a maintenance contract that he didn’t even do a complete maintenance of the filters.

We called with a problem (or perceived problem) and we were able to get a technician to our home before noon - the same day. Thank you Dana for outstading customer service.
