Honestly, they seemed less interested in repairing my A/C unit and more interested in selling me a new one which of course (according to the salesman) would entail a new furnace (which is only a few years old). I had Air Masters come out and they quickly diagnosed that the capacitor on the unit needed to be replaced and after doing so it's purring away again pumping that sweet, cold air into the house. Thanks, Air Masters!

We had the heating system checked out and the hot water tank. Needed a part for the heater, but the hot water tank was fine. Justin did a fantastic job 👏. Explained everything that he did and was professional and courteous. We decided to sign up for the yearly maintenance and it was less costly than we expected. Thanks so much Dana's Heating and Justin (our tech) for doing such a great job. We highly recommend them.

The technician called before the time he was scheduled to say he would be there in a couple of minutes. He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They have serviced an old oil furnace for many years and we are always pleased with their service.

Technician was very knowledgeable and explained what he did. He showed us what to look for to prevent future issues. He also showed me which filters were best for our system. He was on time and very efficient. Great service!

Dana’s installed an air handler with heat strips. Using as my furnace that gives me the option to install a heat pump at a later date. Great warranties and 1 year service contract. Old furnace had died. They came out that day for an estimate. Next day installed. Everyone I dealt with were excellent.

We have been a longtime customer of Dana's Heating and Cooling. They installed a new furnace 19 years ago after learning that our headaches were beining caused from a cracked manifold in the original furnace. Today we had a new furnace and A/C unit installed. Again we expierence nothing, but outstanding service with both the salesman (Rodger) and the installation team. Dana's Heating and Cooling was amazing. This was my first time doing anything regarding HVAC and Dana's was professional, knowledgeable, and effective. The work team was also just as professional and knowledgeable about the installation and execution and also answered any/all questions I had. They were also very good at cleaning up afterwards which is always a huge plus. Highly recommend this company for anyone's HVAC needs in Kitsap County. Will definitely be using them in the future for mine.
